Adorable, well-stocked, clean home. Ideal location. As described in listing. Will rent it again.

The location is literally a block away from the main stretch, even during the winter had tons of options for food and activities. The cabin itself was beautiful, clearly loved and well maintained. To top it off, it had one of the best stocked kitchens I've seen in a vacation rental. I brought a ton of supplies assuming I would need them and never once had to break out my own stuff to cook for our group!

The cabin is tastefully decorated with a well thought out design and within easy walking distance of the shops and restaurants in Grand Lake.

We have stayed at several cabins with this layout and this one was by far the best. The house has an upscale feel, tons of amenities, and is walking distance to pretty much everything Grand Lake has to offer. I highly recommend this place.

We had everything we needed for a week of snowmobiling. The garage is a major plus for the winter months. Walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants. Plenty of room for the four of us with gear. Will be back again.

This cabin is absolutely adorable. The furnishings are fresh, modern and well appointed. The cabin was clean and comfortable for my friend and I to enjoy a relaxing mountain retreat. Highly recommend!

We really wanted to give a shout out to this property because our family had such a wonderful stay. Surpassed our expectations. We felt so comfortable and at home here with all the amenities at our fingertips. The location was perfection. Close to town, beautiful views, clean and quiet. I hope to get our family back there again one day. Such a treat.

The home's location was amazing just one block from Grand Ave. We parked the car and did not have to use it the whole time we were there. The house itself fit the bill, modern, clean and outfitted beautifully. All in all made our stay in Grand Lake wonderful.

Easy walk to downtown for live music , the location was perfect ! Highly recommended! The beds were very comfortable and the house was stocked with all the necessities! Very comfortable! 5 adults over 21. Never ran out of hot water for showers !! 5 ⭐️

What a beautiful cabin - and right off the main drag in Grand Lake! We had a beautiful stay. My 13 yr old daughter was so sad when we had to leave - she said it was her favorite vrbo stay we've ever had.

This property is incredible! Our kids were well entertained by the array of games and the cute reading nooks. Everything is so well stocked for cooking, so many great surprises like ample hot chocolate and a quality can opener. Amazing location, wonderful stay for our family during the pond hockey tournament.

After a long day ice fishing, the perfect place to come take a hot shower and relax. Very clean, cozy, with all the amenities needed at a great location.

The house is a very nice modern design, with great furnishings. The town of Grand Lake is really cute and fun, and being surrounded by the Rocky Mountains the setting is incredibly gorgeous. We aren't ones to want to revisit places (too much world to explore) but this place was one we want to come back and stay at during the summer months!

The property was nice! It was an ideal location to town and snowmobile trails. Also had every amenity we needed.

We found Sandy’s ski house to be so cozy and a wonderful space for the 7 of us. The kitchen was well stocked and fun to cook in. The children loved the games. We hope we are able to return. The town is a block away and everyone is so welcoming.

Small town living!! Simple and quiet!! Great house well described and walking distance to every where in town.

The home was modern and well equipped. We enjoyed our stay. The only issue was that there is some major road construction in front of the house. This involved some jackhammering of boulders near the house. By the weekend, the construction had paused and there was no noise. We would recommend staying in this home when visiting the lake.

House was freezing at check in (55 degrees) and took almost 3 hours to heat. No instructions on how to use the new age thermostat. Would have been nice to walk into a warm cabin on a snowy day. Otherwise, everything else was ok.

We absolutely loved this home! From the moment we walked in the door, we couldn’t get over how cute and perfect every detail was! The house has been completely updated, decor is really nice, and they’ve thought of every detail! I especially appreciated the well-stocked kitchen since we cooked all meals there at the house! My kids loved the board games, and we had a couple fun family game nights at the kitchen table! My husband enjoyed the big tv in the living room & the comfortable couch so he could watch the March Madness basketball games. The beds were all very comfortable, especially the master! The owners have thought of every little detail, and it made our stay outstanding!! We’d definitely stay here again, and give the property 5+ stars!

My friends and I thought this was one of the best places we’ve rented- perfect location and the cabin was fully stocked with anything and everything we would need for a great stay!

This property was everything I wanted and more! PERFECT location right in the center of town which means restaurants, shopping, and activities are a few steps away! House was very clean, sleeping arrangement were great, and a super simple check in and check out process. The only thing I’d mention is that the WiFi is a little spotty, but that’s the mountains for ya! And it honestly made for an even better and relaxing getaway. But if you need access for work or something, I’d recommend bringing/using a hotspot!

Perfect get away. Lovely Cabin within walking distance of Grand Lake. Less than a 10 minute drive to the Rocky Mountain National Forest.
