We have enjoyed this cabin for our second time! It is very convenient, yet in a quiet location. Easy to walk pets; easy to walk to restaurants and shopping; and a very quick drive to RMNP. We like the layout and finishing touches on this cabin!

We loved the Cozy Canoe Cabin! The location is perfect, just a block back from the main road in Grand Lake so everything is walkable. The house was clean and very well stocked with everything you need. And after camping for the previous week, we were so grateful for the amazingly comfortable beds and nice, clean bathrooms. Highly recommend and we would totally stay here again. Thank you!

We had a lovely time at this adorable cabin! All the amenities- kitchen appliances, games, streaming services - you could use. Convenient location, clean cabin and clear instructions. We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation, thanks to the Cozy Cabin!

Great stay. Wonderful place. We had to borrow trash bags from next door and dishwashing pods. We had none. One hand towel no spares. Found lighter between sheets from someone before us. Fitted sheets lost elastic and would not stay on mattress. Small things but great trip and wonderful,location. Thank you

It was our first time at Grand Lake and the ‘Cozy Canoe Cabin’ well exceeded our expectations! The Guest Contact and homeowner were so hospitable and provided all necessary information for my stay. When I asked questions, they responded instantly! Now the cabin itself is truly a winter getaway! You feel very much at home. The cabin is really clean, like meticulously clean. It has all amenities that you’d need for your family and I was impressed by how well-equipped and of high quality that the kitchen essentials were. The beds were the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on! By far one of the most best sleeps ever that I had to ask where they bought their pillows and mattress, Haha! The photos doesn’t do it justice. The details in the cabin and the structure is just amazing - you can tell a lot of thought went into the home. The location is truly breathtaking. You’re literally in the heart of Grand Lake just two blocks from the lake and walking distance from stores and places to grab a bite. This is easily a 5-star property! My little family called it “our Grand Lake family vacation home” and it’s a guarantee we will be back and bringing more of the family!

This home was definitely a well cared for property. This was not a typical rental, with a lot of attention to detail. Kitchen well stocked for all of our needs. Warm and cozy place to stay and walking distance to town. Would stay again.

There were 7 of us staying and there was plenty of room for all of us. They had all the spices and condiments we could need for cooking. Lots of extra sheets and blankets, games, and books. We loved how we could walk to everything in town and to the lake. Garage space was immaculate and plenty of room for our boat in the driveway which we didn’t bring but we will bring it next time cuz we plan on staying here again! Maybe a little over priced but very modern and clean.

The property manager was very responsive - not that we had any issues with the house. My son left his beloved stuffed animal behind which they promptly mailed to us. Book this house! This place is perfect, more than enough space for two dogs and our 1 year old. The fireplace, super lux towels and sheets, nice mattresses and kitchen make for a cozy stay. The location is unbeatable. Grab coffee at the Hub, walk to the marina, rent a kayak for an hour. The super well stocked grocery store is walking distance and grill on the front patio. It has everything you need including dog bowls.

The cabin was great was 3rd year we have rented and will definitely be a return visitor. Only change i recommend it to add tv to master bedroom. Problem this year was the construction of the road in front of the cabin. It was a major redo - entire street torn up, Large equipment , work started at 6:30 am till 7 pm, couldn’t drive down street had to park about 1/3 mile away (If lucky) carry luggage groceries while walking on uneven surfaces while navigating thru new drainage pipes and holes. Was told before we arrived that the street was being resurfaced. It was a little more than repaying it was a real inconvenience. And the charge was $500.00 per night

The property itself was great, when we were able to access it. Their was construction right in front of the property, very loud from 7am - 7pm, making the house warm without a/c, and us not wanting to open the windows up much because of the noise. This was really disappointing, to not be able to comfortably enjoy the full property 1/2 of the time. I really wish I would have known about all of this before booking it non-refundable.

We jisr wanted a couple days away from Denver and this cabin was great. Very clean and they even supplied hand sanitizer for us. We will comr back.

We came up from the Denver metro area for a mini break and brought our older dog along. The cabin is charming, Arts and Crafts style with quality modern features. There’s even a water bowl for the pooch. It felt like staying at a friend’s place only nicer.

The decor in this cabin is really lovely! The fireplace was perfect for the snowy weather. We really enjoyed being able to walk to all the restaurants.

Beautiful cabin in the heart of Grand Lake. With only being 1 block away from Main Street and 3 blocks from the lake we walked everywhere. Would certainly stay here again.
