The villa was spotless and had everything you need for a fab holiday. There was a large, warm pool with lots of outside space. Excellent communication with the owners and very warm weather for November. 10 out of 10.

The property has all the facilities to enjoy your holiday. The Villa is very comfortable and located in a quiet area just 15 mins walk from the beach/town. Sadly for us our stay was hampered by poor " local management" with issues that we had at the beginning. Renovation work on a property behind us also affected our privacy (no fault of the owners) and there was daily noise throughout the day. The pool was the best we had ever had in the many villas we have stayed in in terms of warmth but once again at the beginning of our holiday we had cleanliness issues, and on top of this the pump actually failed just before the end of our holiday. Overall we did enjoy a great holiday but on this occasion a few things took the edge off of it.

Nice property. The pool was one of the largest we have had in all the years we have been staying at villas in Playa Blanca, sadly there was an issue with the pump that was sorted out once we had noticed - the water was really cold. Sadly it failed again but wasn't rectified. The outside area is superb, including an area with synthetic grass for children to play on. Pool toys also supplied . Personally I would have liked an umbrella to put over my sunbed so I sat under the shaded area most of the time, but that's just my choice. Definitely would advise car hire, it was 25 - 30 minutes for us to walk down for meals in the town area where we preferred to eat.

Where do you start with this fab Villa. We arrived 6th Sept for a weeks break abroad, our first since the pandemic. The location is spot on if you enjoy a 10 min walk to the bars, restaurants, beach etc. The Villa was very clean upon arrival with complimentary water, milk, etc. which was very welcome. When you go to a place like Lanzarote, due to the marvellous weather, you live outdoors while you are there, and this Villa has more than enough outdoor space. The heated pool was a joy to have when the evening temperature dropped. We would highly recommend this Villa to anyone, the hosts are very helpful prior to arriving, and when we did have a minor issue with the air con, it was sorted the next day. Thank you very much for letting my wife and I enjoy your Villa.

From the moment we arrived, the villa was spotless and it felt like a home from home. The pool was the perfect size and a bonus that the water was heated. The toys and inflatables already there was extremely helpful, meaning from the second we arrived the kids were able to enjoy the pool. The lounge has a comfy sofa and a table (But always used the outside table), the TV (Although not really used) has all the TV you could wish for (Including all sports channels) which was a bonus for a football fan. The kitchen was the perfect size with everything needed, and there was water and milk and a few other things on our arrival which was a nice touch. The bedrooms were nice, and the beds were comfy. We hired a car but didn't end up using it as the restaurants/shops are within walking distance. If you really don't want to walk there are electric scooters dotted everywhere to be hired and left where you please, which is a nice touch. The only down side we found was the AC, it was hot at night and we found the AC will cost a Euro per hour. I would definitely recommend as a half way compromise the villa should have fans as clearly AC is expensive to run. All in all though our stay here was brilliant, we really loved the villa and the area, and would definitely recommend it to anyone. Thank you Alan and Linda.

Villa Kyle was our second holiday home. We didn't miss anything here. The heated salt water pool was great, the outdoor areas with the radio served our daily relaxation after returning from trips. Very quiet place, private parking behind the gate. Avenida Maritima, supermarkets, restaurants and the beach within walking distance and the wonderful beaches of Papagayo also accessible by a longer walk or by car. We welcomed the equipped kitchen including essentials such as salt, sugar, spices,... The grill is also available. The owner was always helpful and communicated even during the stay with questions if we needed anything... The self check-in process was simple and we welcomed it. When we return to Lanzarote, we will definitely choose the same accommodation, we were extremely satisfied. We highly recommend Villa Kyle for a family stay.

Everything was fabulous.

A good property ideal for requirements. Only problem we had was an issue with the pool which prevented us using it for the last few days of our stay. The property manager is now, we understand, addressing this matter.

We have had an amazing holiday in Playa Blanca. This villa is in an ideal location to visit either the Marina or the Old Town. The villa is well equipped and the heated pool is fantastic. We have stayed in many villas over the years but this one was absolutely spotless and well maintained. We would definitely use this villa again for future holidays.

We had a great, relaxing holiday at Villa Kyle. We came with three generations and for each generation the villa was perfect.The villa is in an absolutely quiet location and yet within walking distance of the village. Our two-year-old child was very happy about all the great toys. Especially with children, this is the perfect holiday accommodation. Especially because of the partition to the pool. We were missing one little thing: a hoover. But we are sure that there are reasons why this is not available for guests. All in all, it was a perfect holiday. Thank you for that!

We have just left the property after spending 2 weeks here with my husband, daughter, son in law and granddaughter. The villa itself is perfect for all age ranges and the pool is lovely. It’s nice as we could feel safe knowing the pool is gated. We will definitely be staying here again soon.

My wife and I had a lovely weeks holiday at this villa. Everything about the villa is as described and as per the photographs on the website. We had a completely relaxing and quiet/peaceful week (our choice) and felt so privileged. The heated pool was absolutely wonderful and we enjoyed a dip every day. Personally I felt like a millionaire during my stay and couldn't have asked for any more. (Well a butler to serve my cold drinks perhaps, but as luck would have it I could go to the fridge and get my own.) Essentially, all good and a perfect stay and a perfect holiday. Shops, and an abundance of bars and restaurants are a nice quiet 15 minute walk away and we enjoyed our evening strolls out for dinner. The owners were very helpful and provided prompt responses to any enquiry I made. All in all, we loved our stay at this fantastic villa.

A definite highlight is the wonderful heated pool which was great for after a hot day's sightseeing.There are some excellent restaurants and gift shops at about 15 minutes walk from the villa and many more on the seafront at about another 10 minutes walk, although we did not find the quality of the food as good at those. We were pleased that we had a hire car because it would have been difficult to walk from the town centre supermarkets with lots of shopping, although there are plenty of taxis which I believe are not expensive.We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and thanks to Linda and Alan for the clear instructions which made check in very easy.We would definitely recommend this villa and would be happy to stay again next time we are in Lanzarote.
