Walking distance to shopping centre for groceries etc, also pub,RSL. Homely feel. Needs upgrading in bathroom as noise from the water pipes are extreme. Kitchen dated.But fine. There were nicnaks all over the home and not attractive. Bbq was extremely dirty, the gardens and where untidy and had items left here and there. It needs a total removal of pots and piles of bits and bobs removed. The wardrobes smelt musty. In need of revamp..

Loved our stay here. Right on the canal, and easy walk to settlement city or into city Centre. The house had everything there that we needed. We had our two small dogs with us and the fenced off area for them was very secure. The bed in the main bedroom was extremely firm, but plenty of other beds to choose from. We will definitely stay here again.

I was very impressed with the location of the property… so serene sitting outside overlooking the canal . The house was extremely well equipped with everything possible to make our stay enjoyable

Great spot on the canal. Comfortable home with everything you need, close to shops, easy drive to beaches - but don’t even need to go as the water is right there in the backyard, so we did heaps of paddle boarding and used the kayaks that are available at the property also. Nice dock to dive from and the dog LOVED it too as he could just jump in the water whenever we were outside. Wonderful holiday, hope to return there again

Sorry, the standard of this poorly maintained property was disappointing for the money. Beds too hard to sleep on. Bars on windows. Bedroom window didn't open for fresh air.

I highly recommend a stay at this property and enjoyed my stay. Close to everything including shops, entertainment and beaches within walking distance. Very quiet and peaceful.

The house was sparkling clean with all linen and towels provided which was a bonus. With some minor maintenance issues addressed (broken lounge and lights not working in kitchen), some freshening up of the decor and a little more attention to detail (no dishcloth, detergent or dishwasher tabs) this could be a five star property.

Open and airy unit. Good view of the canal. The main bedroom needs a new mattress. Was quite uncomfortable. Nice location close to all your needs.

Only fault I could find is maybe they need to replace the mattress in many bedroom old and hard otherwise everything Perfect.

Property was clean, facilities were well maintained, neighbourhood is quiet. Close to shops. Only downside was one toilet, but definitely not a major by any means. Would come back.

There were a few minor maintenance issues ie blown lightbulbs, broken showerhead (there was a spare one in the cupboard my husband just switched them out. Overall it was a great place to stay, very close to shops. Even though we had a great kitchen (did I mention Nespresso machine) we walked to restaurants nearby for dinner. I am sure we will be back again soon.

Following the natural disaster and an extremely swollen canal at the front of the property the managing agency did not call and/or was not concerned about our or the property’s welfare.

The property its self is simple but nice for family vacation.and being able to have yor pet is great.close to all amenties. The only down side was rhe shower with terrible water pressure .

This is a great place for the family to stay. The property is well maintained and has everything you need. The kayaks got the kids were great. Location is really good too with shops just around the corner and easy access to all of Port’s attractions
