Only bad thing was the pool was ice cold

Breakfast was barely passable. Notice in the room stated housekeeping would come by every other day which is fine with me. They didn’t, had to request towels and cleaning on the 3rd day. One staff member said they were short staffed while another said housekeeping was by request only?.?.

Location, cleanliness

Staff for the breakfast. We got downstairs late and there was nothing left and we had to practically beg for some food from staff. The staff didn’t seem to care that we wanted some breakfast nor were they willing to go above and beyond to help

Room was spacious. Shower was large and powerful. Enjoyed amenities and TV service. The pool was nice and towels were great. Breakfast was great, lots of variety. The ac responded to changes and warmed the room fast. The staff was courteous and helpful. Parking was readily available. The location was easy to access from the highway.

The pool was cooler than desired. The waffle machine took a little long so there was a line.

The cleanliness. It was comfortable. It offered breakfast. It offered amenities such as pool and work out room so it catered to everyone in our group. They were responsive to my needs before our arrival.

Though it did have breakfast. It was limited compared to other places. Not complaining because it did the job but not as many choices.

The Breakfast variety needs to be better! It's mediocre breakfast compare to other hotels with the same level.

Hotel was nice and clean, comfty and spacious rooms. Was able to check-in on the app and get into my room quickly. breakfast was ok and simple, but i noticed the food was better cooked and prepared on the 2nd or 3rd day, versus the first day of us staying there. lots of parking and right next to a chic fil a which was nice. Plenty of options in the area for food and light shopping.

the indoor pool says its heated, but it definitely was not! It had a nice patio area, just wish it had some umbrellas for shade. the AC in our room was barely blowing out cold air- the offered to have the mechanic come up and he did come quickly, but we were relaxing for the night so we just dealt with the AC the way it was. The do housekeeping every other day, which was ideal for us. When they did come, they didnt even bother vacuuming the rug or cleaning up the trash in the room, which should be a definite EVERYTIME!

The Hotel was clean!!! Very comfortable. I came from Pennsylvania to visit my friend for my Birthday, and I loved it. While there we visited Salem, and went to the Lizzie Borden house. Thank you to all the staff for being accommodating 🥰

It was right off of I-95.

We arrived early, 1pm, hoping to get into our room a little early. We were told no, our room wasn’t ready. We asked again and our room was ready. The window shade in the room was on the floor and the beds were messy and dusty. The maintenance dept can and we were moved to a dif room. I paid a lot for 2 nights. I would say, don’t waste your money if you are going with your family on vacation.

The facilities were top-notch, good variety for hot breakfast, very nice salt water pool and the rooms were well decorated.

The connecting room doors were difficult to keep open and there were some items of the hot breakfast that were a bit over cooked.

The breakfast was great the staff was great and location was amazing as well close to airport and downtown

A little pricey for just one night

On the second day of our stay, there was no yogurt, no boiled eggs and no orange juice!

My room on the first floor was very clean. I don't know about other rooms. Staff and services are great.

However in the reservation info, it's mentioned Good breakfast, it is a simple breakfast. So, the quality of the breakfast is great and it is clean, but some main items missing, like juices, fruits, ham and sausage,

The room was spacious, comfortable and well positioned.

Even though the breakfast was ‘free’ it was very poor quality. I’d recommend going out for breakfast. Customer service was lackadaisical, with some of the staff needing training in customer service.

My 1 year old found vodka nips (4) stashed behind the bed, still had very little in bottles but enough to do harm. When I brought them down to the front desk. The woman told me there was nothing they could do if we are not reward members so she can’t give us points. ( I didn’t want points I wanted a sincere apology) but instead the younger woman was extremely rude towards us.

Brian was very welcoming and other staff were friendly throughout our stay. Hotel is clean and quiet. It’s only a 30 minute drive to Fenway Park and freedom trail. Bartender on Friday night was friendly and she made a great drink.

Breakfast is always disappointing at this hotel. We’ve been 3 times and even the coffee is usually not worth the cup it’s in. The eggs are so salty and dry. This visit was frustrating because breakfast items were out or running out at 9:15am and not replaced. No bagels, oatmeal was gone. Staff started clearing what breakfast items that were there at 9:40 when breakfast goes until 10.

if you are traveling with family, you children must wake up by 8:30, 9:00nish, anything after that your breakfast will feel rushed. The hotel employees are serving the breakfast shows the hotel needs improvement in hospitality. It's almost like they are trying to tell you how much they are unhappy with their job. Breakfast end at 10AM, but if you get there by 9:30 you will feel like you are fighting for the scraps and the leftovers. Don't ask anything or the employees will make sure to make you feel like that, because by 9:50 they are removing the rest of the food and "will tell you without telling you" how much it's not their problem that you woke up last from everyone in the hotel, additionally, if any of the breakfast items are gone, they are gone, must wake up early next day. Very boring too, if you are staying more than 3 days it will feel a distaste for it.

The location and free breakfast

Toilet was wobbly. Staff told us check out was 11am, but looking over my paperwork it was supposed to be noon. The baseboards were very dirty, the bed skirts were very dirty (only noticed when I looked for something that fell on the floor). The shower shampoo, conditioner, and body wash bottles were empty.

Breakfast was not good, rubber eggs, strange meat, not hot, processed awful fake cheese in the eggs, stale bagels, awful coffee. I called for a luggage cart but no one could bring it to the room.

La chambre est conforme aux images. Notre famille était composée de quatre membres, avec deux enfants âgés de moins de 12 ans. Le personnel est très attentif, sympathique et serviable. Nous avons atteint notre destination en pleine nuit à cause des mauvaises conditions météorologiques et des retards aux frontières. J'ai téléphoné à l'hôtel et ils m'ont assuré que tout était en ordre. À notre arrivée, deux personnes souriantes nous attendaient à la réception. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal. Nous avons visité toutes les attractions de Boston et ses alentours (environ 20 minutes par voiture) et Salem (environ 40 minutes par voiture). La chambre était nettoyée quotidiennement et les serviettes étaient remplacées.
