Good location and plenty of parking.

We were in room 703 and the whole corridor was having a real bad sewage smell. No one from my family requested internet but we were charged on the final bill which was received only after check out. No one informed me about these charges upon check out. I called the hotel upon reaching Canada but the staff on the phone was very rude and said she can’t do anything regarding the charges.

Ease of check in. Nice room with a fridge. Right outside was the Train. And a mailbox so I could post letters. Great central location.. Duck!! Nice pen/paper, for addressing those cards. Ooh, and we were kinda wishing we had eaten in the hotel restaurant! Food looked tasty/ drinks were good.

Not sure what could have been better, staff was welcoming & helpful, the room seemed a bit dated but we’re ok with that, it was clean, good location. And that’s it n a nutshell

It very so comfortable looking, who ever designed it did a fantastic job. The staff was truly great.

The shower has no grip so it’s easy to slide and fall. That needs to be fixed before someone gets seriously injured. The restaurant uses way to much salt. The food shouldn’t strip your mouth like eating a whole bag of salt and vinegar chips.

The place was beautiful and clean

The beds were extremely uncomfortable, the outlets in the room didn’t work, we had to pay for wifi, and I paid for 4 adults but only could have 2 free breakfast

It was very clean. Very friendly staff.
