La regadera muy pequeña se salía toda el agua muy peligrosa no había tapete de baño casi me caigo

It’s was nice and very clean
Our door key didn’t work I went to the desk several times and they kept giving me keys that didn’t work , we were tired and didn’t have the energy to put up with this nonsense! They fixed it the next morning but it was very frustrating and inconvenient! At least offer a small discount or something, people have options .

Last night, my mother and I had a spawn of the moment to stay here, we are from the valley but we just decided to stay here for the night. This is a very nice and relaxing hotel, the breakfast was good, they had so many choices, and the rooms were so spacious! The bathroom was nice too, and all in all service and staff were friendly and kind! Thank you so much, I am glad I decided to become a Hilton rewards member. Thank you again!!

Lots of parking, very well lit, great breakfast selection, friendly staff, comfortable bed with spacious room.
One of my pillows smelled of sweat. It was gross.

Need a curtain or something to block of light from vanity area to keep from disturbing anyone who is still asleep while one person is washing up. Simple curtain would work,

Good location
Water pressure was TOO LOW in the water facet; hardly any water would come out to wash my hands or brush my teeth. The shower wouldn’t really warm up, so I had to take a cool shower!!

everything about my stay was wonderful!! the cleanliness to the delicious breakfast set up, all was great! there is no other hotel like Homewood suites by Hilton in Harlingen, tx. I’ve been to Harlingen thousands of times and have stayed in many hotels, Homewood suites beats them all, hands down.

Loved the breakfast and the comfort of our room.
We noticed black aunts in the kitchen floor in our room. I didnt realize they were there until I felt the bites.

When I got there @ 12pm , y’all said I can check in from 12-3pm they said no that y’all was wrong that check in is at 3pm after arguing they let me check in at 1230 and then in paper check out was also 12 they said no 11am. And they never cleaned my room I had to call for towels repeatedly! It wasn’t a good stay I was there for a funeral.so I made it the best I could ! But yea I wasn’t happy about that Homewood suits because I never had a problem at those hotels.

I loved the location. I was happy with breakfast. They had a variety of options.
My room wasn't serviced one day. Staff didn't seem to be around.

I like the workout area. I like staying here because the rooms have everything I need while on a work trip. The breakfast was great and healthy, I was completely shocked by that.
This time I was on the 3rd floor and it was just so much louder than being on the 1st floor. I was across from the ice machine and that was loud as well.

Breakfast was good and location was great for the side of town we needed to be.
The showers!!!! The water didn’t get hot at all and the water pressure is terrible.
