No extra towels, front desk stated they we completely out of towels. I call the next morning and they were still out. What Hotel runs out of towels

They don't offer breakfast. Or have a ice machine so if the ice machine doesn't work in ur room your out of luck

It was not a maintained hotel. It smelled like urine in the halls and the elevator was broken which meant we had to haul our luggage up to the 4th floor. The stairways smelled and the carpet was filthy. The furniture in the room was dated. One of the chairs needs to be trashed 10 years ago. It was so worn that I sunk in. I was also double charged and will have to dispute one of the transactions. The grass was long and unkept. We paid $75 for my dog to stay and we didnt even have a decent piece of grass for him to pee and poop at.
