Appena arrivati abbiamo subito constatato che l'appartamento che ci era stato assegnato dal proprietario era diverso da quello da noi prenotato visionando le foto su booking (cucina angusta e bagno vecchio e non ristrutturato), cambiamento di cui non siamo stati avvisati prima del nostro arrivo (come dovrebbe avvenire per correttezza e professionalità), ma che ci è stato confermato dallo stesso proprietario solo nel momento in cui glielo abbiamo fatto presente. Il bagno non era ristrutturato come quello da noi scelto durante la prenotazione: mancanza di piatto doccia, soffione "ballerino" con sostegno danneggiato e quello in sostituzione non riusciva a sorreggere a sufficienza. Per non parlare delle condizioni igieniche dello stesso bagno: capelli e peli sul pavimento e sulla parete della doccia e non solo, polvere e sporcizia di vario genere. Dulcis in fundo, siamo stati costretti a fare la doccia con l'acqua FREDDA, in quanto l'autonomia del boiler ha permesso l'utilizzo di acqua calda per circa tre minuti soltanto. Infine, il letto matrimoniale della camera era munito di coprimaterasso e piumino, ma NON DI LENZUOLA. Dopo avere fatto presenti i vari disagi al proprietario e chiesto un risarcimento, quest'ultimo ha optato per un rimborso a nostro parere non congruo con i disagi causati. The appartment was perfect for a short stay while visiting beautiful city of Padova. It has a useful fully equiped kitchen and the communication with the host was great. The self check-in method is a big plus.

Location, location, location! Inside the old centre down a side street, so no view, but it's easy to get to all the main sights. Padua is, well worth a visit with wonderful hidden gems. Great for the price. No frills but everything you need including kettle, fridge, basic cooker, microwave, washing machine, iron, hair dryer, though we didn't try everything to see if it worked. Easy to get in once we were given the instructions. We enjoyed our stay and this place was very convenient.

Communication was mostly good but last minute and how to get into the flat on arrival. Need info earlier and how to leave flat with tourist tax as we had already left before we saw that message. Could easily be made a bit more cosy, but for the price it's ok.

On the day of arrival we were told that the apartment ist not available due to technical problems. We got offered another Appartment which was nearly 3 km from the city center. It had parking included but that was the only positive aspect. Everything quite old. There was not even an apology.
