The staff were so kind & very personable. The room was beautifully decorated, the bed & bedding were so comfortable. The whole property was so well taken care of with so much attention to detail. Room was spacious, had a lovely view & the location was great.

Everything was perfect. This place is not in the center but really not far (3 min walk) so at night its quiet. The room was really clean and everything in the hotel. You can tell that people working there keep everything nice and clean. Also the staff is helpfull and very welcoming. For every customer, what you see on the picture is what you get. :) The room is really beautiful and has a balcony. The water and coffee is a complimentary and its a nice attention. Breakfast are various. You will like it for sure ! We will sure come back in this hotel in Tropea.😊

Sui Generis was beyond wonderful. We came there during a difficult period, and it supported us and so much more. The staff was so lovely and thoughtful. The room was comfortable and wonderful to come back to. The hotel also sits about a 7 min walk from the square which was quite nice. Gives you a moment to arrive to the heart of Tropea, and also one when you are leaving to return to your room. I'd come back here in a heartbeat.

There was nothing that I did not like. Perhaps they should leave beach towels in the room? Similarly, they'll give you one if you just ask.

Everything was as it should be especially the warmth of the whole staff and not to forget a very good breakfast (if thinkin of Italian breakfasts generally)

Nice building situated in quiet area. The best breakfast in Italy with lots of vegetables and other healthy food. Fantastic pool with a view. Great and very kind personnel always ready to help :)

Extremely clean & modern accommodation. Very spacious bathroom with an excellent shower. Hotel is only 3 years old & all areas superb. The service was first class & all the staff friendly, polite & professional.

What a treat! STAY HERE! We stayed at Sui Generis for 4 days and it was just perfect. The rooms are beautifully furnished, have very comfortable beds, plenty of storage for belongings, spacious bathrooms and all with balconies. The rooms are kept spotless, real attention to detail with the cleaning. All staff were so friendly, cleaning staff always said hello and were always happy to see us. Domenico from reception was also so lovely, he was very welcoming to our big group and was happy to help us at any time. He also assisted us with our luggage, showed us around the hotel, and recommended some restaurants for our first night. The other Domenico, at the pool bar was so sweet and spoke very good English. He was also very happy to help us and have a chat. (If I ever opened a hotel, I would employ him right away!) He was a real delight and such an asset to your hotel!! The breakfast staff: Exceptional! Great variety and the ladies were so genuine and friendly. The cakes were to die for! Facilities: Beautiful pool, allocated & comfortable pool chairs, private and secure garage, there is also a pool bar & a full buffet breakfast, pool/beach towels were also provided upon request by the hotel. Good wifi in the rooms and at the pool area. Grounds are immaculate! Breakfast: A good mix of foods, cold meats, cakes, pancakes, eggs and coffees made to order, juices, lot to choose from. Location: Has a nice view of Tropea 5 min walk to Main Street (far enough away from the hustle and bustle, and close enough to walk) You’ll need a car to go to the beach, or you can or hose a TukTuk (Lapa) for €10 - very typo of the area though, it’s a cliff. Highly, highly recommend Sui Generis to anyone! We were a group from Australia and Sicily and everyone in our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will certainly be back! Sui-Generis Luxury suites offers an amazing experience. The rooms are cozy, comfortable, spacious and bright. They make up the rooms twice a day which keeps the spaces neat and clean all the time. The concierge, Mariana, was always ready to help us. She was very attentive and courteous. The hotel is completely exclusive and well maintained. The facilities are impeccable and modern. The food is homemade and delicious; we highly recommend their breakfast (it’s included) The beach is only a few blocks away from the hotel but you can also relax at the pool with a nice view of the city and the sea. We couldn’t have chosen a better hotel for our engagement trip. *Our train tickets were delayed and Mariana didn’t hesitate to help us. This was a lifesaver. We will never forget our experience at Sui-Generis. We would definitely come back.

Had a wonderful 8 night stay here. What an excellent time, staff were amazing the food delicious, lunches were proper home made Italian food. Excellent service. Pool area great, easy to get into town. Cannot say enough good things about this property. Would highly recommend and would definitely return.

Extremely nice hotel with a perfect location. Easy to walk to the town and beach . Lovely new building with nice rooms which were super clean. I really loved the staff who did everything for you to make you feel welcome. And also the breakfast was super tasty. I can definitely recommend this place!

Loved our room although for me the bed mattress could have been softer. Spotlessly clean and wonderful staff. Very convenient for the town centre. Breakfast buffet excellent .

We booked a junior suite with a jacuzzi. Everything was perfect. The room was very spacious and clean. The staff, from the receptionist to the, bar/ restaurant staff, were super friendly. And the breakfast was delicious. We’d definitely come back.Thank you for having us.
