We had a great time staying at this property when visiting family in the area. All of the baby equipment was really convenient - as well as the park across the road! Having 2 living rooms came in handy on multiple occasions. Would stay there again!

We loved the property! It was just like it was advertised. Loved the park across the street! It was in a good location to everything we did. Hated to leave early because of the winter storm, but if we return, would stay again!

We had a very nice stay in this home. There were 5 adults in our group and we had plenty of space. I loved the fact that everything was supplied, including laundry pods. We found this to be one of the best stocked houses we've rented. The garage was a huge plus as we had snow while there. The location was great, neighborhood quiet. The bathrooms and kitchen were dated, but functioning and very clean. We felt it was a good value and would stay there again. Very comfortable.

My husband and I stayed at Winter Blossom for over a week and it was great. The house was super clean and looks exactly as it does in the photos. The master bedroom is huge, as is the closet and the bed was so comfy. The house is in a super location that makes it convenient to get to all the main streets in Colorado Springs and the main highway. Having use of the garage was a great bonus to be able to come in and out through there. We didn't have any children with us, but we made use of the park across the street for evening walks. The neighborhood was very quiet and we saw some great sunsets over the mountains from the master bedroom. I would stay there again when returning to Colorado Springs and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We stayed at this wonderful home while house hunting in the local area. The entire process was great, from check-in through check-out. The property is really amazing, with such a nice park right across the road. The best part of the entire stay was the owners. They were very easy to work with, and extremely accommodating. That alone is enough for me to recommend this property to anyone, all the other wonderful aspects are a bonus!

As advertised, comfortable great location

We were visiting for vacation. It was nice to have a place to come back to in between visiting all the attractions in the area. We didn’t have any problems in the home that we needed to contact Dana during our stay but she was very responsive to my questions leading up to our stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The place is very cozy, roomy and lots of different areas to spread out. The kiddos. Enjoyed the foosball table and the selection of board games. It was nice to have multiple TVs in the home. I appreciate all the details to make the place comfortable and also the simple check in process. Overall enjoyed the place and would recommend that you stay there also.

Great place to stay and was able to get in contact with owners when needed. The only downside is there is no back yard space, but there is across the street which didn't help us much because we don't have small kids. The covered front porch was nice but the bushes could use a trim, so there was not much to look at. Overall, we had a great stay.

House very nice, clean and comfortable. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with necessities better than most of the Vrbo rentals we have rented. We enjoyed the stay in Colorado Springs and this house.

A lovely home with everything we needed in a great location. While we spent most of our time exploring the Colorado Springs area, we enjoyed the fully-stocked kitchen, the upstairs TV room and the games in the evenings. Dana was quick to respond when I contacted her with a question. We highly recommend this home!

The home is lovely and comfortable. The location was very accommodating to all of the attractions. We had a wonderful stay. Dana was easy to reach if we needed anything and responded right away.

Received an email with a “virtual key” and believed we would be able to access the home like a hotel key - that was not the case. I booked a day early knowing I would arrive late at night. When I arrived at around 1:30am, there was no way for me to access the virtual key. I tried calling and it went straight to voicemail. I was left scrambling in the middle of the night in an unlit and dark driveway for more than an hour and finally booked a nearby hotel. The owner failed to disclose the house was for sale and a realtor lockbox was on the door. We were led to believe we would have exclusive use of the house during our stay. The yard had trash and the front of the house was boarded up. The yard hadn’t been mowed in awhile. We couldn’t access the house so I have no idea what the interior actually looks like. The owner finally contacted me after 7am the day after we were supposed to begin our stay and said he didn’t realize he hadn’t provided entry information to VRBO. By the time the owner finally responded, we had already made other reservations for the remainder of our trip. Despite all of this, the owner refused to refund our money. VRBO’s customer service has been unhelpful in resolving the issue. BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK.

This house is very comfortable & easy access to sights such as Cheyenne Mtn, Broadmoor, Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs & Pikes Peak. It is also not far from downtown. Our kids (ages 11 & 14) enjoyed the foosball table immensely. The host was very easy to communicate with & helpful.

We enjoyed the area and the size of the house. We had a lot of issues with the upstairs being blazing hot while downstairs was super cold. The kitchen was not well stocked and I had to wash every dish before I could use them. We also had a 4 year old with us that naps and the "kid" room was extremely bright with no curtains to block out the sun. Just FYI if you have a youngster that requires naps! The host was responsive when I texted her about the heat, but we had to open windows upstairs.

The rental house was very accommodating. This was the 2nd time we rented this property. Enjoyed the stay and will stay again.

I have stayed in this house in the past and will again. Very nice, comfortable, clean. Set up well for me to be able to do late night work on computer. Garage parking is a bonus!

We gathered as a family of 5 adults in the Springs early November and had a marvelous time. The condo is spacious with plenty of sleeping space. It was nice and cozy despite the chill in the air. The kitchen and dining space were adequate providing us the opportunity to make multiple meals there. We appreciated the games in the game room and even tried Foosball! There are two gathering spaces with TVs and comfy couches - perfect for the few lulls between our activities. The location is close to downtown, malls, restaurants, really everything in the Springs. We did everything from the cog railroad to Pike Peak’s summit to the Olympic Museum and miniature golf! We hope to return again for another family gathering.

Great place for family. Very close to broadmoor, garden of the gods, red rock open space, the cliff dwellings, and access to all major freeway systems. House is in excellent condition for the price. Everything you’ll need is there. I will be back.
