The A/C did a good job keeping the room cool.

There was no fitted sheet on the King bed and the mattress pad had a gigantic yellow stain on it. There was no cover over the fan in the bathroom and the drain in the bathtub was just a 2 inch wide opening.

This hotel was the most disgusting place I have ever stayed in. The room smelled of cigarettes and there were burn holes in the blankets and sheets. While staying there in the middle of the night the ceiling came down on top of me.

Nothing....there are no vending machines and a broken ice maker...the whole 2 day experience was bad..

I didn't like the bugs the dirty room the incredibly rude staff...this place is disgusting..better to sleep in the parking lot

Even though I paid online reservation..The night manager moved me Into a room in the back of the hotel with a single bed and droopy drapes and bugs..filthy..manager said he needed the room for a higher rate..I will never go here again and i probably won't use this site..

Everything.it was filthy..I paid for a king room via booking.com..staff moved me out of that room into a single in the back of the hotel..the curtains were missing..the bathroom a science project ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING..sleep iunder a bridge before going there..not real sure about booking.com now either..

Floor was sticky from excessive gleaning product left on floor.

Bathroom and furniture needs an upgrade

I didn't know about breakfast.

I could not understand the hotel clerk, the tv did not work, and though it was clean, the cloth furniture needed to be cleaned.

The facilities were extremely dirty. It's a possible drug rehab spot. Stranger knocked on our door asking for money. The bedding was dirty and when I asked to have the room cleaned, I was told it was.

Location was close to event

The lady who checked me in was great. The card reader on my room door wasn't working. She tried several methods before just using the master key to let me in. I was late checking in and after I called and explained I was running late there was no issues about my late arrival.

My room was dirty. The sheets had burn holes and were dingy and dirty looking. There were multiple discolored patches in the ceiling and shower where the water must have previously leaked. Let's not mention the roaches. My mother who is diabetic had to get ice from wawa to keep her insulin cold because the fridge in the room was warm at best. My 1st morning at the room I asked for more towels and wash cloths, after explaining there were 3 people in the room, she gave me 2 towels and told me they didn't have any wash cloths. I just bought my own towels and rags from Walmart. The room had a musty smell and with all the grime and questionable spots on the floor and baseboards I had to look extra hard to see if it was a roach or just a dirt spot. Needless to say I nor my family will be staying there again.

The rooms actually was "ok" floors were dirty and if you walked on them they would make your socks or bare feet dirty. Price i paid it kinda fit for the area. It was adequate for its purpose.

Floors could be thoroughly mopped. Other than that everything was fair.

manager was courteous and helpful when cable tv stopped working

cable tv froze for long periods of time on 2 occasions. manager fixed it the first time.

Distance to work location

Banging on my door to ask for cigarettes, house keeping banging on my door and screaming she is in there she won't open the door. Upper neighbor's smoking and it coming into my non-smoking room. The type of residents at the inn are sketchy.

The rooms are nothing like what you see online . I forgot my shoe I called right keep getting the run around to be told eventually they didn’t find anything really the only that went in there after I left was house cleaning so you tell me to me that’s stealing and being lying to. I would not recommend this place or stay there if it’s the last place available.
