We had a delightful stay in this charming home with incredible hosts. The neighborhood felt safe and exuded a true New Orleans feel. The house was not only stocked with the essentials there was a nice assortment of unexpected goodies. The hosts were gracious and helpful.

So glad we found this jewel of a house and property owners for our trip to New Orleans! Beautiful and safe neighborhood just a few minutes for everything we wanted to do. Beds were comfortable, neighborhood quiet and overall just a relaxing stay. Will stay again!

We had a BLAST!! Ate and drank our way through the city at some of the old uptown restaurants. Got so see some of the beginning of the Madi Gras festivities and experience the city at its finest. Stayed in my grandparent's old home on Audubon that is now a VRBO. So many wonderful memories in that house. The updates were so tastefully done. Location is PERFECT!

The place was excellent! The place had a huge amount of cooking supplies. So many places don’t have anything but we didn’t need for anything. Mike and Marta were very nice and made sure we had everything we needed.

Audubon Park Retreat was absolutely wonderful. The location is the best! Just steps away from Audubon Park and an easy walk to St. Charles to catch the streetcar. The neighbor is safe. With the streetcar and Uber, you really don’t need a car. The home had everything we needed including coffee and all that went with it. There was no need to make a trip to a grocery. The hosts were very gracious and helpful. This was our second time staying here, and we will definitely stay here again.

Stayed over Labor Day weekend. This was a great property. It was clean and the location was great. The owner recommended a restaurant Tartine for breakfast and it was delicious. It is just a few blocks from Audubon park which is one of the most beautiful parks in the city. The pool was great and they even have bikes you can use to ride around the park. Definitely worth the price. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Best stay ever in Nola. The garden and pool are exquisite (pool larger than pictures- 30x15 ft). The large two story house is on a beautiful street, steps from the park, a short walk to Tulane/zoo/streetcar. House has everything you need, beautiful art, furnishings, linens, well stocked kitchen. Excellent Wi-Fi and central AC for remote work, expanded cable selections on two large TVs Hospitality by the owners is unparalleled- welcome bottles of wine, flowering orchids, coffee, tea, breakfast foods, all essential condiments. The owners are the nicest and treat their guests like family. This property is a slice of heaven and let’s you imagine you are a local during your stay. We can’t wait to return!

Our stay was absolutely amazing!!! Nadia is super friendly and gives all the info needed to get around the city!!! The house is very cleaned and nice!!!! Backyard is breathtaking!!!!!!

We had a blast! The house was perfect and the owners who share the duplex were super friendly! Mike actually walked us to the train car the first time and Marta made sure we had everything we needed. Truly felt like home! Communication prior to was great and we were able to drop off bags early and start our adventures in the city until we could check in!

This place is a must if you are planning a trip to New Orleans. Very easy to get to and not a far walk to the street car to get you into the city. The owners were absolutely wonderful. Everything they did for us is beyond what we ever expected. We can't begin to thank you for this amazing experience. This is our 3rd time booking through vrbo, I would rank this place at the very top. For anyone looking for a place to stay, look no further. This is definitely the house you want to stay at. Y'all, the pictures do not do the place justice. It's very charming and spacious and especially the Pool area is fantastic. It's surrounded by well kept plants and flowers that really adds to the space. The rooms are spacious and comfy. Two bathrooms are a must have when having more than 2 guests. Very safe location, never felt in danger and the neighborhood seems lovely. It has a private driveway for vehicle. The property manager is very attentive to any needs. Overall such a wonderful visit in NOLA thanks to this property. Highly recommended vacation rental.

Everything was absolutely perfect. The house is in a quiet, pristine neighborhood. The pool was wonderful to relax in during the hot afternoons. Spacious. Beautifully decorated.

The house is beautiful and comfortable, and the kitchen is well-supplied with condiments and cooking staples. Our host even came by soon after we arrived to re-supply us with water bottles and wine! We especially appreciated the pool out back -- a serene place to recharge and relax after walking around in the muggy New Orleans weather. The location is excellent, with Audubon Park a block or two away, and St. Charles Street an easy walk. There is a Whole Foods 1.3 miles from the house, as well as a small local grocery store the other side of the park. Tartine is a great place for breakfast or lunch, just a couple of blocks away. Oak Street (Jaques-Imos and the Maple Leaf Bar) is a walkable distance for those who like to walk. And Audubon Street itself is quiet and shaded, with regular patrols by security. This was an excellent choice for us -- in town for a sibling reunion.

Location and property both fantastic! More than enough room for 4 adults in this lovely house. Enjoyed morning coffee on the front porch daily. Location is perfect for getting around NOLA, close to St Charles streetcars, for walking about Audobon park and the zoo and of course wonderful restaurants and bars within walking distance or a short Uber away. Off street parking is a bonus. Absolutely charming house, the owners live next door it was such fun to chat with them and learn about the house and the neighborhood.

We really enjoyed this beautiful home during our stay in New Orleans! The home was comfortable and had everything we needed. We enjoyed mornings on the front porch and evenings swimming in the pool. The area was lovely and we liked the proximity to the park and the streetcar too.

LOVE this area of NO - great restaurants and bars close by, easy walking distance to the beautiful Audubon Park and zoo. Incredibly charming home with everything you need! Such a cute house and cute neighborhood. Safe, friendly, nice to have off street parking and be so close to the park and the st Charles streetcar line.

2nd time staying here and loved it! The space, the location, the little touches to make it feel comfy and fun. The owners and their dog live next door and they are lovely also!

Great home. Perfect for family. Well located near both park and zoo. Family areas downstairs with bedrooms upstairs.

The property was in great shape, and a great location. Everything was well stocked and inviting upon arrival. The house took great care and making sure that we had everything that we needed fantastic across the board.

This is a lovely & charming home. The porch is beautiful. It was winter so we didn't have a chance to use the pool but the backyard was also nice. The neighborhood is lovely as well. We will go back.

Our group of 6 adults had a great time staying at the Audubon Park Retreat. Owners Mike and Marta are extremely friendly and offered great recommendations for food and entertainment. Property Manager Nadia was very responsive and friendly to work with. The pool was the perfect place to cool off and wind down after a long hot day of exploring. We will definitely return when back in New Orleans.
