Close to the Alario center
The staff changed my room from 2 beds to one. Not what requested. Not many occupants and we were put on the second floor
We could not get into the lobby it was always locked
There was no coffee available
Room was replenished with towels and trash emptied but beds weren’t made

it’s peaceful and quiet the rooms are updated if you need a place to relax this is the place to stay i like how the house keepers give me what i need

Great place for peace and quietness... rooms are great and has kitchenette, microwave... you just have to bring your own cookware....
The construction going on and the early morning call asking me to move my vehicle so they can move a dumpster but my vehicle wasn't even in the way...

Everything. The price was not a discount. It’s the same price the hotel offers daily! The hotel room was gross. Only thing that “looked” clean was the sheets.

Very inexpensive room price. Very respectful with the "Do not disturb" sign.
Sheets, walls, tub had cigarette burns and stains on them. The carpet could use a good cleaning.

The quietness, cleanliness. Great location to everything Westwego has to offer.
Ice machine broken at the time. Rooms could use little coffee pots that would be a great plus.

We had to stand outside of our room while they cleaned it...nothing was ready ...and we already paid for it.
