Perfect place for our group of 18. 9 tweens/teens, and 9 adults! We let the kids take the large bedroom upstairs. It was great that the kids had the upstairs and the adults had the downstairs. We spent so much time in the pool and the kitchen was exactly what this group needed! The house has an eclectic layout, with so many beds and so many couches! For your group that wants to be all under one roof, this place is great!

We really enjoyed our stay. House was very clean and it was a very unique property.

The pool and house were amazing. Close to the rivers and the town of Gruene and shopping. The outside area was great and the house was plenty big for all. The kids loved the pool.

Plenty of room to roam or swim or what ever. Close to town and Schlitterbahn (10 minutes?). However, it sits in the middle of a weird junkyard. Full of old trains, boats, water slides, etc. Visually not very appealing. Other than that, house was a bit aorn but very functional and a well stocked kitchen. Swimming pool & playground area is impressive. Like a miniature version of Schlitterbahn.

Phenomenal stay! We brought food and drinks with us and were surprised that the kitchen has EVERYTHING you need, right down to a cheese grater. The swimming pool was perfect with the large shallow area for our littles. Add to that the swim up bar that makes it so easy to visit and entertain(We spent a lot of time in the pool). Host and staff on hand daily with cleaning and maintenance. Highly recommend!! Tom was such a nice host that made us feel at home the second we arrived. The outside views of this property will make you think twice but the inside is large enough to spend time together but get away from each other when needed lol. We spent 2 days on the river and everyday in the pool. We have went to Mexico the last 2 years for family vacation but this trip was definitely the best. I think we will be back next year and would not dream of staying anywhere else but here!!
