We loved our stay and the convient access to pool and beach. Loved that the porch area stayed shady all day. We would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity.

We had a great time on our trip here! The location was perfect and the view was incredible. The furnishings were comfortable. The floors were quite dirty— my son’s feet and knees were black from playing on the rug in the living room on our first night there. We were only left 1 trash bag for a week long stay and there was construction going on in the parking garage. Therefore, the pool area was very loud with the grinding of construction tools and we were not able to park in the parking garage. Not a terrible inconvenience, but it would have been nice to know about the work being done before we arrived. Overall, we had a great trip and the location was great!

We had a nice stay, location and place are perfect. Our room was not clean when we arrived but the owner immediately sent someone and took care of it. Good communication.

This is the cleanest most well kept property we have stayed. Everything was perfect. Condo was super clean comfortable well stocked kitchen ! The balcony was a favorite spot! This was a girls trip and we had a great time. Could not ask for a better vacation spot. Pool area was great and just a few steps to the beach! We will definitely stay there again!

Beautiful condo on 5th floor. Balcony very spacious and facing a gorgeous ocean! The beach there is nothing less than perfect...soft sand and miles of beach. Water is clear and the prettiest blue/green you'll ever see. Can't wait to go back.

This is the second time I have stayed in this condo. I will definitely be back! The condo is well furnished and very comfortable. A great value.

This unit has a very nice usable configuration. Good size balcony total facing the gulf. Kitchen had everything needed for our stay. Washer/dryer in unit was awesome. Beach chairs,cooler and other items provided. Perfect location. Nice relaxing area but close to activity of Destin without the traffic.

Property was exactly as described. Beautiful balcony view! Condo super clean and within just a few steps to the beautiful white sands! Everything you could possibly need at your fingertips. We will definitely be booking again for our next beach getaway!

The condo was laid out nicely with two bedrooms. Nice bathrooms. Condo was decorated nicely. Place was well supplied. Would rent again.

Condo was very clean upon entering. Balcony was perfect anytime of day for wave watching. King size bed was so comfy!! We enjoyed our entire week and we are already looking to book the same condo for next year as well as one beside it for other friends and family! Okaloosa Island did not disappoint and we will be back in 2024!!

The Beach white sand was the clearest I have ever seen it! The view from the balcony was perfect! I sat out each morning drinking my coffee and loving every second of the beauty and sound of waves from the ocean! The room was nice but literally just slept in the bed! We never used the huge dining area or living room space! The Beach was the draw for me and it was Great! Thank you!!

Owner quickly responds to questions. Having the beach chairs and umbrella setup each morning was great.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here and would return. Everything was as described/ pictured. You can’t beat the view or this beach! If I really had to nitpick I would suggest a couple of fluffier pillows and at least one extra roll of TP hidden in a cabinet. :) We had to run out and buy extra. But modest toiletries were provided, a surprise! Thanks for a great stay!

Beach chairs & umbrella set up every morning was a great service! Beach was perfect; quiet & very walkable. Convenient location to several good restaurants, Fort Walton downtown & Destin, FL. Again; loved The VIEW !

Definitely will book again

Our stay was fine it was nice to get away. Even though there were some cleanliness issues with the condo and the weather wasn't as cooperative (no fault of the owner or Verbo) as we have liked the view and surrounding areas were awesome.

Broken chair on balcony resulted in a pretty serious fall. Owner did not seem concerned. Fire alarm caused evacuation into the cold exterior FOUR DAYS IN A ROW during middle of night (11 pm ) as well as early in the morning (2:30 am). Had to evacuate the building in the middle of the night and stay outside in the cold each time between 30 and 60 minutes. To get a elderly person who uses a walker down four flights and back up of stairs was quite the ordeal. I mentioned to the owner that he should consider compensation for the tremendous inconvenience, but he would not even answer the email. As an owner of rental property, that is NOT the way to treat your tenants. I have stayed in this unit approximately five times and each year I have mentioned to the owner that the toilet runs continuously because of a stuck handle. It has never been repaired, but I don’t pay the water bill, so I guess he doesn’t care. I believe it’s time to find a new place with an owner who shows a bit of concern for his tenants.

It was good. Balcony door didn't lock and a bedroom window had tape on the locks so you couldn't open it. Didn't realize they didn't want air set below 72 degrees (I am of a certain age where 72 degrees at night is too hot). View and balcony were great. Location was very good, loved the building. People in the building were really friendly.

I wouldn’t stay in that particular condo again

Nice condo right on the beach. Quiet with very little traffic on roadway. Beach Chair set up was awesome. No issues with security or parking. Tons of things to do within a few miles. Couch a little dated but very comfortable overall.

The condo was excellent! Just as described and very well appointed. TV in master bedroom did not have great sound/ picture, and there were no dishrags/scrubbies in the kitchen, but very minor nits. Overall...highly recommend

Very nice

The week was great. We had checked the weather before arriving and it was forecast to rain, but what do they know. We had several days in the sun and enjoyed our time there.

The property has great views and a nice layout. Does need some updating, and is a little far from some things. But it was clean and we’d probably stay there again.

This property is very clean and quiet. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked . The view is breathtaking from the balcony with very comfortable seating . The owner Richard was great to deal with .
