Great time and a beautiful home. Everything we needed was available

This home was absolutely immaculate and perfect. Close to everything in Falmouth and Woods Hole. We enjoyed going to The Knob almost every day. My husband caught blue fish and stripped bass there. The back yard and pool was a lot of fun. Enjoyed every minute there.

Loved the property. The upstairs air conditioner was broken when we arrived but was repaired a few days later. Did not affect us too much.

This property is highly recommended. My family are also repeat renters for this property. In addition to all the great things mentioned in the reviews, the layout of the house is what we love - how the kitchen and living areas flow to the patio and pool area - it makes for a very relaxing stay. Also, the property owners are very responsive to any questions or issues that might arise during the stay.

This was our 3rd summer staying at this house and we love it more every year! Its convenient location to downtown, beaches, the bike trail and the ferry to Martha's Vineyard all come second to the property itself. Year after year it has been clean and well maintained, and the beautifully landscaped backyard and pool is a dream come true for both the parents and the kids! Counting down until our stay again next year!

The house had everything we could have needed as far as indoor and outdoor space, pool, towels, kitchen appliances, etc. It was very clean and nicely decorated. The yard, decks, and pool area were the best part of the whole thing. It was private and had a good combination over the course of a day of shade and sun. It was a quick drive to downtown Falmouth or Woods Hole. Though there is a technically beach within walking distance (15 min, so not walking distance for kids), it was a private beach. Also the roads have no sidewalks, so you really need to be prepared to drive to get to a public beach. On the Cape that means limited spots and paying a $20-30 fee. The house is still awesome, just plan accordingly.

Wonderful property. We had a wonderful time at this location. Convenient to everything, beach, downtown, WoodsHole. Beautifully landscaped backyard with a great pool that we all enjoyed. Home was fully stocked with everything that we needed. Would love to vacation at this property again.

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay! The house was gorgeous and immaculate, the pool was beautiful, spotless, a huge hit with the kids, and they had everything we could possibly need. Plenty of fresh, fluffy towels, plenty of dishes for all of us (there were 7 of us total), and a complete kitchen with all the gadgets, pots, pans, trash bags, soap, etc so we could cook meals at the house. Even things like the laundry room were fully stocked! There was plenty to do - beaches down the street, 5 min to the ferry, mini golf, a cute little downtown - and for the days we didn’t want to go anywhere, the pool was the perfect activity. George and Lynn were amazing hosts and had great communication and directions. You could just feel how much thought and care was put into every little detail here. We absolutely loved our stay and it truly made our vacation magical, comfortable, and easy. If we weren’t moving away, we’d absolutely be trying to book again next year (and maybe still might!). Thank you George and Lynn for everything!

This property has become a place of memories for us. This is our 4th year renting this property. The home has ample space to spread out. It is clean and well maintained. We noticed and appreciate the updates including the addition of hardwood floors in the bedrooms. The pool area is beautifully landscaped. The pool itself has been a lifesaver for the kids who love to swim morning, noon and night. The location is great for us as it is just a bike ride to the Woods Hole and Quissett Harbor. The owners are lovely and very accommodating. We are thankful to have such a nice place to stay when we come to Falmouth.

Enjoyed a wonderful week a this beautiful home. It was impeccably clean, functional , fully equipped, and very comfortable for the family. From the various rooms to the beautiful yard and pool, there was plenty of room for 6 adults to pursue work or play and relax. If you plan on visiting the Falmouth area, do yourself a favor and rent this property.

We stayed in mid-September and were thrilled to find out the swimming pool was heated. We swam every day. Close to downtown and convenient to all the Cape has to offer.

If you’re planning a trip to Cape Cod in the future, don’t overlook this property! The house is beautiful, spacious, clean, and well equipped to make your stay memorable! The grounds and pool are magnificent! The house is just minutes from downtown Falmouth! Working with the owners was perfect from beginning to end! Very nice people and extremely accommodating! I wouldn’t pass this up! We had a very memorable stay here! 5 stars indeed!!

They offer quick answers to questions in the moment, as well as ample information to prepare for arrival and for the duration of our stay. The home itself is spacious, thoughtfully designed and beautifully decorated, and upon arrival was spotlessly clean. We had plenty of room for five family members to spread out and be comfortable. The kitchen has high-end appliances and ample storage, making for easy meal-making; the dining area is large and comfortable. Plenty of spaces within the home to stretch out and relax. The master suite is particularly special, with a huge bathroom and closet and fantastic screened-in porch that looks out to the back yard. The best part of the home, however, is the stunning backyard. Gorgeous, pristine landscaping and a large, lovely deck and patio allowed for plenty of space to dine al fresco, and the in-ground heated pool was a massive hit with our kids. Close by is Woods Hole, Wood Neck beach, and Quisset Harbor, as well as downtown Falmouth. We highly recommend this property to families looking for a serene and pristine place to relax and unwind. This was our second stay at this property and it was even better than we remembered! The house is incredibly clean and well maintained, the kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed to make meals, and the backyard is like being at a private resort. The heated pool is key, even on the rainy days the kids still went swimming. Can't wait for our stay again next year!

The house was everything we thought it would be and more. The heated pool was enjoyed by everyone despite the chilly weather at the end of May. The owners were immediately available by phone when I had a few questions. The house is located in a very lovely neighborhood on the Cape and very private. The interior decor and landscaping are fabulous. We had a great time.

This was perfect for a weekend birthday get away! Everything was clean and well organized. The owners were so responsive to any questions! Would highly recommend this property to anyone looking at Falmouth/Woods Hole.

We had a wonderful few days at George and Lynn’s beautiful house in Falmouth. The house was absolutely immaculate upon our arrival. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need to cook a meal. George was such a pleasure to communicate with. He was very responsive and thorough! We will definitely be renting again.

Another wonderful stay at George and Lynn's luxury retreat in Falmouth/Woodshole. This house is perfect for a family get together. The pool heater stopped working and in Sept the heater is needed. The owner came down and fixed it himself after the pool company said they couldn't fix it. Look forward to getting back next year.
