We loved it and can’t wait to come back next year!!!

The house was pristine and well equipped including beach chairs, umbrella and wagon to carry beach items. Pool clean and plenty of chairs around the pool. The only disappointment was that the beach access was 3-4 blocks from the house.

The property was fabulous - didn’t disappoint in any way. I would recommend it to others!

Our family enjoyed the pool and the fun pool toys that we were provided with this rental. Nice pool towels. Great gathering area, with granite counter tops in the kitchen. The bathroom/bedrooms were clean and updated.

Great property. Plenty of room. Close to everything. Grandkids lived in the heated pool and walked to beach every day.

The property was in a great location, clean and comfortable.The downside is the pool and SPA. They turned off the heater and since it only warms up at a half degree per hour we could not use it for the first two days it was to cold. The SPA was even worst, although they list it as a SPA and Hot Tub you can't run the jets when the heater is on, in fact the blower didn't work at all and had to be replaced. Rent for the location but not the Pool and SPA. Josh

This property was perfect for our family. There were 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The pool and spa were wonderful and included were lots of beach and pool toys. Great vacation.

The home worked well for my family of six adults. The home was clean and the space was as described. It felt beachy- loved the decor. Plenty of space for all of us. We enjoyed the spa and pool, along with the short walk to the beach. Small things I did not particularly like: I thought the Sonos system meant we could play our own music, but could only choose from a list - no big deal. We were too busy doing other things. The spa needs a less complicated running system. If it just had an “on/off” button, that would help. Large open kitchen/dining/Livingroom area provided many wonderful family gatherings and meals together. All family members enjoyed their time here. Hosts were responsive always and friendly. Would definitely rent from them again.

A wonderful rental! This was our first post covid vacation so cleanliness was important and we were not at all disappointed. The kitchen was really well equipped. The living room and dining area were right off the kitchen and super open. The beds were so comfortable. The place had plenty of linens and towels. The pool was absolutely delightful and all the pool and beach gear was great and so handy. The location is so convenient, right in the middle of the island and close to everything. A welcome book had suggestions and descriptions of restaurants, bars, live music, take out, and all sorts of others attractions. So helpful! Lastly, I very much appreciated the instructions for check out that included not throwing away any leftover food. It's terrific that you've set up a way to get that food to people who can use it. I love that you figured that out. The owners and property managers thought of everything to make our stay a happy one. Thank you!

House and location are great. Only issue we had was that the property manager(s) did not respond to emails or texts.

House was extremely clean, and perfect size and layout for our family (4 kids). Pool and spa were heated and worked well. About a five minute easy walk to beach access. Conveniently located near great food options. Definitely would stay again.

This place accommodated our party of 6-8 comfortably. Good beds and large eating table with lots of chairs was nice. The pool area is comfortable and plenty of pool equipment. It’s a six block walk to the nearest beach access and the house and pool are not accessible without using stairs, so not the best for anyone with any mobility issues. Also, it sits directly under a 5G tower for anyone that cares about this.

Nice 4 bedroom that said sleeps 10 but code enforcement put a notice on my door for having 10. Enjoyed pool because there was full sun. Home has a nice floor plan. Enjoyed Sonos.

Property was nice, bedrooms a good size, and bathrooms were nice and clean. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Walk to beach was not bad. Had some trouble getting hot water and the air conditioning kept going up to 80, but once we called property manager it was taken care of. Kitchen could use more dish cloths and towels! All in all, it was a great time!!

This rental feels like home! Nice touches throughout, great location. Emma went above and beyond to straighten out a few small glitches we experienced. We will be back!

There is nothing that could have made our stay any nicer!! Everything was perfect!! The house is beautiful and was all we expected plus more! Property manager Kinberly was very responsive and was wonderful to work with. Location short walk to the beach and beautiful pool! We will visit again!

We were a family of 8 adults and 1 baby. We were extremely pleased with the overall cleanliness and condition of this property. We were super surprised when we found that there was not only a pack and play for the baby, but also a high chair and all the pool/beach supplies you would ever need. The only negative was that when we checked in there was a problem with the pool pump and the condition of the water in the pool. However the property manager was very attentive to my phone calls and sent someone out fairly quickly. The only thing I would really complain about is that the advertisement says private heated pool and spa. That is one of the biggest reasons I settled on this property was for the jacuzzi. We love hot tubs! Obviously, in June in Florida you don't need the pool heated, but we were looking forward to a heated spa (jacuzzi). The jets worked fine, but the spa did not heat up very much. Also, the twin beds (which I slept in) weren't the best, but certainly weren't the worst. Anyway, we had a great time and loved the area.

Beautiful spacious home. Nice kitchen. Lots of clean towels. Loved having washer and drier available. Kid friendly. Nice bedding and pillows. Check in was so easy with the door code. Small walk to the beach. Pool had a lot of debris from trees. We contacted the pool company and they said they no longer cared for it. We cleaned it ourselves.

We enjoyed some relaxing days in this beautiful house. Specially the pool was great for the kids and to the beach is only a 5mins walk away. On our last day we could do a later check-out which helped us a lot to ease the way back home. Defenitely recommend. Oliver & Family

Clean, updated home at a great location!

We had a wonderful stay - kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub, quick walk to beach for sunsets and the home is beautiful (and immaculate). Definitely recommend!

This property is close to the beach (about 2 blocks) and walking distance to the Holmes Beach shops, restaurants and ice cream shop.

Starfish Isles is a charming, large, exceptionally clean rental property that my friends and I truly enjoyed. The rooms are larger than they appear in the photos, so we were quite pleasantly surprised. The kitchen is well appointed as is the dining area. There is plenty of room for all to gather, sit and move about. The master bedroom with a king bed is spacious And it’s beautiful large walk-in shower is terrific. The other 3 bedrooms and bathrooms were all equally more than fine in the entire home is just lovely. The pool area is delightful, and the spa was a big treat. The home’s location is excellent, within walking distance to the beach or restaurants and shopping. I would highly recommend recommend this property to anyone who needs this amount of space and is looking for an idyllic beach vacation.

We had a great time at AMI and the house had so much to do with why: Beautiful design, comfortable beds, awesome sounds system, close walk to the beach, pool/hot tub. We'd rent it again!

My son's friends were visiting and I rented this home for all of the teenagers. They had a great time in the pool, driving the golf cart for ice cream and just relaxing! They will always remember this experience! Thank you!

The house was in a great location... 5 minute walk to beach and little plaza for resteraunts and ice cream. The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking at home and pool/ beach accessories. Would definitely stay there again.

We rented this home with a group of 12 adults and 3 children and had a fabulous time. This house is a duplex so half of the group stayed in one side and half in the other and we had two private pools to share between the group. The house is equipped with everything you need for children (pack n plays, high chair, stroller, potty seat, bumbo, etc). I’m a nurse and super strict about germs and this was one of the cleanest rentals I’ve stayed in. The bathrooms were immaculate and had the best shower pressure ever. Every room in the house has a Sonos speaker. Kimberly the owner was available and helpful if needed. The home is a short walk to the beach with crystal blue waters. The house has plenty of beach chairs, sand toys, floating devices, coolers, and a wagon to use at the beach and pool. The kitchen in the home is beautiful and we cooked and grilled several meals in the house with all of the provided kitchen essentials. The entire island is golf cart friendly, highly recommend renting a golf cart to cruise around the island. If you have a small group and concerned about privacy and quiet you may want to consider another home as this is a duplex and you can hear noise from the attached home. We will definitely be back as we had an amazing family vacation.
