Noise one night from either neighbouring flat or bar but turned down by 11pm.

really nice apartment well equipped great location. can be a bit noisy during the night as there is a bar opposite but this is obviously not a fault of the owner. otherwise the apartment is great and we loved it. we can really recommend the Thai restaurant in the building especially during lunch time they have great lunch offers.

mattresses were really dirty and the cover needed a great wash. the rest of the apartment was really clean and well maintained. also the sofa in the living room had all sorts of obvious spots. we traveled with a small child so the bed with staircase was really dangerous but if you are not with a small kids who are trying to climb it all the time it is no problem.

Keys were in a key box and the code was sent on day of arrival as promised. The apartment is clean and modern, but in a traditional building and is just a couple of hundred yards from the main square/restaurants/shopping areas. Everywhere is walkable so you don't have to worry about taxis (apart from airport transfers). The kitchen is well-equipped (everything you would need if you wanted to self-cater) with a table to sit around and there is a large TV in the living room - although we didn't really use either. We stayed as a family of four (two older teenage kids) and it was big enough for us.

Because it is very close to the square, it is fine during the day but quite noisy at night - you get a lot of people shouting in the street plus taxis and delivery vans driving past at speed on a cobbled street (we were staying Christmas / New Year period so might not be so busy at other times). There are also the church bells and a trumpeter in the church tower which both start at 5am (might be 6am - I was a bit bleary-eyed by then).

The apartment location was excellent. The apartment was comfortable and value for money.

When I booked the aparment for 4 it was based on the number of beds available. Whist we expected that two of the party would share a bed we did want the option that the remaining two would have seperate beds. When we arrived there was no bedding provided for the sofa bed which meant that they also had to share a bed. The pictures for the apartment were misleading as it showed two doube beds at ground level. When we arrived one of the doube beds was on a platform accessed by steps it was quite high and not easily negotiated not suitable for everyone. As one of the party has mobility issues this was not ideal and we would not have chosen the apartment had this been known prior to booking. Also prior to departing on holiday I checked that there was a hairdryer provided. The question and answer section indicated that a hairdryer is provided. This was not the case and was disappointing as it is hard to let hair dry naturally especially in the winter months. I sent a text regarding the issues on arrival but received no reply.

the apartment is in a great location, right in the heart of the old town, lots of bars and restaurants right on your doorstep. it’s also modern inside and plenty of room.

Amazing apartment and dealing with Adam the host was fantastic. Helped us out with lots of things. The location is fantastic and really clean and has all the amenities you would need. Definitely recommended!

There was no lift access unfortunately and my father is a bit elderly with bad knees so found the 3 flights of stairs a bit difficult but this was the only downside of our stay.

very close to everything in Krakow. especially close to the train station which is more convenience for anyone who want to travel by train

it is located on second floor and there is no elevator. so if someone travel with kid and stroller then it will be a bit difficult to being the stroller up and down the stair.

Location. The apartment is a two minute walk from the Market Square and Basilica. It is central to lots of tourists sites, and has dozens of restaurants and shops close by. Apartment is fully equipped. Cleaning tools, iron and ironing board etc available for use.

Very noisy at night. Apartment is on one of the main routes to / from the Market Square, so a lot of people coming and going between midnight and 5am. I would recommend taking earplugs if staying here. We did take them and slept well with them in. High traffic areas of the apartment (hallway walls, bathroom etc) show lots of signs of use. Apartment looks well used and could benefit from a spruce up.

We liked that it was easy to come and leave. Also flat was bigger than we expect. Kitchen was great, beds were comftable! Apartment was in very good location in the middle of old town. Windows were big and full of light.

Outcoming noices were super loud, we were in weekend so it was little disturbing. Shower was old and didnt hold itself and little dirty. You can see that apartment is older but it is clean!

The sink in bathroom didn't work contacted host but got no reply could do with a paint and got cold at nite didn't no how to turn on heating

Great location of the apartment in the center of the old city. Many restaurants and cafes nearby. The apartment is spacious, clean. A little lack of ventilation in the bathroom. There was only hand soap in the bathroom. Easy check-in with combination lock. The owner, who reacted very quickly and gave answers. Really liked
