We had a great stay at this home. The owners were so responsive and kind and we had plenty of room!! So great having 2 entire "apartments" connected in one home! Betty, was also so wonderful and helpful! Would definitely stay here again!!

Nice house, very well located. Easy communication with owner.

The property was perfect for what we planned. We had family and extended family over various nights of the week. The yard was wonderful for the children and having barbecues. The location was perfect to get out too busy areas quickly but Retreat back to quiet when we were ready. The owners were very responsive and any were taken care of immediately. We had a great time!

This house is a great value with being close to the beach, located at a super convenient location and one of the best layouts! The separate floors with two kitchens make it perfect for grandparents and all of their grandchildren to celebrate the summer. The hosts are awesome and super responsive! Thank you so much for continuing with our family tradition of making memories at Hampton Beach (for five generations now !!!)

I definitely recommend this property. It was perfect for our large family! The house and property was so clean! The owners were so quick at getting back to us when we had questions. Having the fenced in back yard was so great with the grandbabies. We were able to eat outside for dinner and I loved that! Having the two floors was perfect. We were able to get quiet time if needed. Especially nap time. So close to the beach and the boardwalk and we took full advantage of both! Thank you for helping us make lasting memories! Highly recommend!

I do not like to leave reviews like this but due to the issues I feel it is important. The positives-The owners responded quickly to any message sent during the booking process and on check in day. The location is ideal to get to the boardwalk and beach, just a quick walk. I have photos of all areas mentioned. Excessive Mold and growth in between screen and windows upstairs so bad that you did NOT dare to open. Shower mold on walls and shower heads. Nobody wanted to shower in there. Ceiling fan with so much dust and filth it looked like it was never cleaned. Not usable safely like this. I killed 11 jumping black spiders. Some big and some small in various inside areas of the property, most in the downstairs twin bedroom. Clearly has to be a nest somewhere. Loud evenings til 230am. Not sure where the loud conversations were from but sounded like it was directly outside the window, everyone in the house heard it and was up. It was very disappointing after spending that money to not be able to shower after beach days at the property you paid for. Instead asking friends to use their shower. To be on constant look out for the spiders with an infant... does not make for a relaxing family vacation. I hope these issues get taken care of and nobody else has to deal with this here.

Absolutely beautiful area and neighborhood. We spent time at Hampton beach, traveled to Massachusetts and Maine and ate at numerous seafood restaurants. The home was clean and ready. Neighbors were very welcoming and helpful. The home is within walking distance of everthing and a 3 minute walk to the ocean. We cant say enough about the great communication from our hosts and the beauty of the area. The house was equipped for sleeping many people. Just note, there isnt alot of living space but was definitely doable for 7 adults. The fenced in yard is shard among the properties and parking is limited to 2 cars. Remember to bring linens, towels and paper products including TP and paper towels. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, it was a great experience and we would definitely return.

The home was as described. The host Mary went above and beyond on our request to have a late check out. Our family had a wonderful time and can not wait to go again and rent this home. The location was perfect. We had everything we needed within walking distance. The home held the large family gathering we had with plenty of space for both the adults and kids. Thank you Mary for the late checkout. It helped with getting the full enjoyment out of the weekend.

Nice location, had lots of fun!

Two minute walk to the beach, and importantly it is a very uncrowded portion of the beach that is far from the public parking areas. The house is small, and the room with bunk beds was missing a door, which we did not discover until getting there, and forced us to alter our plans. Otherwise the house was clean and met our needs very well. Also great location to some great restaurants.

Communication from the very start was great right to the end of our stay. I would stay again. Great location.

Great balance of price and quality. You will not find a cleaner or closer to beach property to rent at this rate.

Great hosts and great rental for us and our adult children.

All 13 of us enjoyed our annual family vacation. Kids had a great time in the fenced in back yard. Bigger kids enjoyed the front with endless hours of corn hole! House was spacious enough for all! Mary & Dennis are great hosts.

We enjoyed our short stay. The property is big enough for extended family and close to beach and boardwalk. It was well stocked with everything we could need. The only challenge is parking as the small driveway only allows 2 cars, for a large house that was an issue and others had to pay for parking. The outside area is shared which can be a little awkward as the care takers are in the bottom floor and outside frequently. They were helpful and friendly though and no bother! Would recommend this property!

It was a great place for our family. There were plenty of beds for all of us and the cottage was just a short walk to the beach and only a slightly longer walk to the shops and arcades.

There were 7 of us staying in the main house. The accomodation upstairs was very nicely arranged, with plenty of shared space. Downstairs was a little more cramped with two very nice bedrooms and a bunk bedroom. We were very surprised to find the bunk bed room had no door, it would have been fine for small children but was very small for an adult and had no clothes storage space. The kitchen was adequately equipiped, we only used it for coffee and breakfast, we didn't prepare food or cook in it. Mary was great at responding to our messages, and very helpful with our needs. We would stay there again.

The hosts, Mary and Dennis, made this the easiest, most enjoyable trip I have been on. The check in and check out processes were super easy, the house had a beautiful layout(was super clean, well decorated) and was well stocked (with a beautiful weber grill, lobster pots, stainless steel cookware) with a lot of thoughtful amenities and the hosts always responded back (even to emails) very quickly. We had 11 people (6 adults and 5 children) and enjoyed having a LOT of space. Thank you so much!!!

House was exactly what I expected. Have been to Hampton many times, but this was my first time actually staying for a week. We all had a great time. House was clean and setup perfectly for the different age groups. All communications with Mary were responded to quickly. Location was ideal.

This is the first time renting this house for our family. The owners are very easy to contact and respond quickly. The house is well kept and clean. There is plenty of room for a large group. We had our two grandchildren 4 and 7 yrs old. The back yard was perfect for them to play in. We were very pleased with our stay there and will def be interested renting again. The O’Donnell family

We have stayed here once before and look forward to staying again. There was plenty of room for 12 of us (my children and grandchildren) to stay there comfortably. We stayed during a couple of hot hot days and we were thankful for the air conditioning. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The backyard is fenced in with plenty of seating and two grills. Check in and check out was easy. I did get a chance to have a conversation with Mary prior to our departure letting her know how our stay was. Would definitely stay again.

This was the first time renting a house for our family trip and it was wonderful this house was perfect for our family. Mary, the manager was wonderful and made our stay easy and comfortable. We were only a 3 minute walk to the beach which is great with a five year old. I will definitely book this house again.

We rented both houses on the property, they were just what we needed and slept 5 families with 5 teenagers very comfortably. There was a fenced in backyard with gas grills and plenty of seating. The location was so close to the strip and beach but on a very quiet street. The owners always responded immediately to questions.

We had a great stay, the weather couldn’t have been better, and the short walk to the beach and the boardwalk made it an enjoyable time for all.

We had a great time! The floor plan of the home made it easy for the early risers to stay down stairs and those who slept late upstairs undisturbed. Location was great. Because of Covid-19 we decided to concentrate on the beach. The location kept us away from crowds and allowed easy access to local restaurant take out. Hoping to book again for next year!
