The rooms were awesome very clean pictures on website were exactly as the rooms will definitely stay again

The suite at MGM Signature was perfect for our trip to Las Vegas. Courtesy. valet parking was a nice feature. Walking distance to anything you could want for food, groceries, entertainment, and etc. I highly recommend this place. Suite had everything you need and more.

Clean room with easy access to anywhere you want to go in Vegas. Certainly better than any hotel room in the same price range.

Cindy was extremely communicative, helpful, and made sure we were prepared for the trip. Would recommend any of her properties. The condo was described accurately, and was very clean.

These suites were amazing for our trip! Great views and only a short walk to the MGM casino, restaurants, and the strip, I would highly recommend!

The room was immaculate and had everything needed for the entire trip. The view is breathtaking from the terrace. The location was perfect for my stay. The whirlpool tub was heaven after a long day on my feet. The extra security provided by the outer door was a nice perk for two women traveling alone. Also, the extra security of having to scan your card to reach the floor brought peace of mind. I would definitely stay here again!!

The condo was very nice. It wasnt too far of a walk to the casino. An uber was really easy to catch. Also valet parking. Nice view of the strip

Stayed with our family and the MGM is well located with great pools. The main MGM pools were overcrowded but the private Signature pools were not which gave us options.

This property was amazing. Very nice and clean. Excellent location. Would definitely come again. Our host was very nice and accommodating.

So much space in the 2 bedroom unit. Very quiet and staff in the lobby were super helpful. Would Definitely stay again.

We had a great stay at Cindy's rental. The rooms were clean, bathrooms were very large, and the location is wonderful.

Much better than a hotel room on the strip. Property is well located attached to the MGM Grand complex via indoor walkways. There are plenty of food options, and there are two gym facilities within the MGM Signature property. These units have great views on the 37th floor. We plan to stay there again next time we are in Las Vegas.

We enjoyed being away from the throng of the casinos yet we were close enough to the the throng of the casinos Comfortable, and safe. Definitely a keeper VRBO for further return visits

Everything was great our building was pretty far from the casino but would highly recommend

Very spacious and clean penthouse suit. Right on the strip so you’re able to walk to all the different attractions nearby. The amenities were amazing too. Thank you so much Cindy for a great experience in Las Vegas.

We traveled to Las Vegas to watch the Notre Dame vs. BYU Football Game. We did a Thursday to Monday. We had a mixture of family and friends. Our adult kids stayed in one and us in the other. It is located on the 37th floor with amazing views of the city. The property is a bit smaller then the normal casinos and we loved it! Each to valet, check-in/out, and walk to the local Lyft pick-up. Amazing suites that accommodated all our needs. A café accessible in Tower 2 for a quick meal and drinks. Overall, we would definitely stay again!

Lots of room and privacy. Beds are comfortable. Everything you would need. Like previous reviews stated it does take about 10 minutes to walk through the hotel for food and casino but it is an easy walk with moving walkways. Not too crowded and lots to do. About 15 minute walk to the strip, shops and Target which was great. Hotel staff were extremely friendly and getting a taxi or uber is easy and quick. We will definitely stay here again!

This property was the perfect fit for my family and I. It comfortably fit 4 adults and our four toddlers and all of our extra gear. The two bedroom suite was extra fun for the littles and provided easy access to each other’s room. We would stay there again in the future.

I have stayed in the Signature before and I like that its one of the few hotels where there can be 7 plus people altogether in the same room and appreciate not having to walk through a casino to get in and out. I don't mind the location on E Harmon, even though it's off the strip it's a quick walk to the Cosmo, which is where we did most of our dining (there's only one cafe in the Signature). Unfortunately, there were two things that I disliked. The 31st floor provides great views of the strip but the balcony was absolutely disgusting. It badly needs to be hosed off/scrubbed. It was coated in black sticky grime, even on the ceiling. I had to take several work calls out there during my stay and was pretty grossed out. The other thing was that we had 5 people in our party so needed to use the couch bed for one. We got home on our first night at 1am exhausted and ready to sleep and noticed there was no bedding for the couch bed. We called down to the front desk and they said that we "needed to call the "third party" we rented from (?)". Not something we wanted to deal with at 1am so we just pulled the top sheet off one of the beds and improvised bedding for that. It was known that there would be 5 people staying there so like why wasn't the bedding in there already? The couch bed was also quite uncomfortable. I would probably stay in the signature again if I had a large party that all needed to stay together.

This was a perfect choice for a group of 5 to stay comfortably. Amazing view, and easy access to all the MGM Grand/Signature has to offer. Would highly recommend.
