Wonderful views and extremely responsive property management!!! The beach is wonderfully private and you can hear waves breaking from any room of the house. Great location and amble outdoor space. If you're looking for a quiet, private, no frills home with an AMAZING location, breathtaking views and attentive and professional managementt), give it a try.

The property was very uncomfortable, kitchen utensils were dirty (I documented everything with pictures), the couch is not for sitting on. Everything in the property is old and not up to safety code. The beach is supposed to be private but the first day we had some people playing loud Mexican (with speakers) music the whole day. The beach was not clean, there was a lot of old garbage under the stairs, there was also a used needle. We did not go back to the beach after that. The management company has different information/check in times, not at all professional. This was a nightmare.

Had a great time. Location was the best such close access to the beach. Michael was great host. We had a little hiccup and handled the issue quickly. Would stay again.

Great property with private access to the beach and convenient location to the free trolley. The house gave a great first impression with the flowering tree, palms, tropical gardens, and secluded front courtyard. The inside of the house was clean, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The back deck and beach access were the highlight of our stay. Plenty of seating on the deck with amazing views of the ocean. The stairs to the beach were well maintained. The property does have beach mats and some beach toys available. Only recommendation for improvement is to provide more guest bathroom and beach towels. Thank you and we will definitely stay here again.

Stay was as expected. Everyday trips to the sand and rides in the Trolley into town. The location is perfect and on one of the more private beaches of Laguna.

We were back visiting friends in an area we used to live. The house was in a perfect location to get to where we needed to go while enjoying Laguna Beach. The house was exactly as described. It had everything we needed. We had so much fun exploring the private beach! Would definitely stay again.

Great views and location. Kitchen could use an update and heat/ac was a bit hard to get regulated. But great experience!

What a spectacular location! Located between 1000 Steps Beach and Aliso Beach (two popular beaches), this home has access to a cove that makes it feel like a private, exclusive beach. Home has private access to the beach down a set of stairs. They included beach chairs and sandcastle building tools for the kiddos that made enjoying the beach instant instead of trying to track everything down. If you're not up for so much sand, the patio has great seating and space to enjoy the view and amazing weather. We'll rebook!

Perfect for a visit to Laguna, private beach, amazing views and home.

We are a local family and I chose this for our family vacation this year. We enjoyed our time here with our family and friends. I have teenagers and they loved the sleeping areas that they shared with their friends and the private access to the beach. There was easy access to the free trolley to take everyone around town. We love this house and can't wait to come back!

Had a great stay for my daughter 14th bday! Kids loved the private beach access. Adults loved the patio and view. We’re already planning our next stay here.

The views from the kitchen, living room, middle and lower decks are amazing. We even saw whales going north from our viewpoint on the deck. The access beach is clean and peaceful. The main bedroom king bed and bedding was very comfortable - fresh and clean. We slept to the sound of ocean waves. We enjoyed our stay.

Michael was super quick on communication and made sure we were set up with everything we needed. The property was well kept and tidy, beds were comfortable. The property is amazing for the fairly quiet beach — there’s still access to and from Thousand Steps which is adjacent. Would definitely come back again!
