Ideal location, lovely view.

The grill in the oven had grease in it. The cushions on sofa had stains. Also had a problem trying to close/lock main door to apartment, had to put my weight against it to lock it.

The views we're fantastic the apartment was very homely

Parking is quite expensive but ince you get to know were to park you will be ok

The view from the terrace over the harbour is lovely.

The time allotted for getting into the property was too late, wasting time finding parking then having drop the bags at the property only to find the cleaners were still in the property and gave us attitude.

Lovely apartment, great views and within close walking distance to all amenities. Highly recommend this apartment

View was the best the apartment was cold it's wasn't for us but the weather wasn't good all the mugs where all stained we didn't like it im afraid

Great view. Close to all amenities. Good heating and hot water system. Nice terrace.

Although the bed was comfortable a king size would be preferable. Oven was difficult to manage. Larger tv needed.

The position of this apartment was wonderful, perched above the harbour. It was a pleasant walk into West and East Looe. It was very clean and had everything we needed for a short stay. There were a couple of minor issues, which were solved immediately by the housekeeper.

There is no parking nearby, so be prepared for a walk. We were able to unload our car outside the property.

Great location lovely to sit on terrace with a coffee and watch the goings on at the harbour

Toilet seat loose. Flush seemed to keep running ages after pulled. It was Very clean apart from the mugs the fold out table was very dusty by legs and there was dust inside the wardrobe

The apartment and communal area has been recently decorated and the whole place looks fresh and clean. Polmear is so cosy and warm for a winter stay. Will definitely come back hopefully on holiday next time. I stayed here many years ago and it was lovely to see that the whole apartment had maintained its original charm alongside its new decoration. The outside seating area is wonderful and the short stroll to town is a joy with the coming and going of the old fishing boats. I have recommended this apartment to many friends over the years and hope to come again for years to come.
