Great house and location - easy walk to the beach. New kitchen appliances which were great. Beachy decor . Any maintenance issues were promptly addressed. The staff at iTrip are wonderful.

Location location location

We enjoyed staying here and the beds were all comfortable. There were plenty of towels and linens provided and we all enjoyed our stay.

Our birthday cruise was cancelled two weeks before Spring break and we had to quickly find something to do. Searching online we decided on this vacation home because it could easily accommodate our large group. We enjoyed the beach and the home. Only issue we had was one cable box was not working properly, but that didn’t stop our fun! Definitely recommend this home.

My family enjoyed our stay at this property! It's a great location, convenient location. The house was very roomy and easily accommodated our group. Overall the house was pretty clean. We appreciated the kitchen having everything that we needed. We had some issues with the water pressure when multiple showers were being used and some of the remotes didn't have batteries but no big issues. At one point our door code stopped working but we called in and it was reset immediately. Great customer service.. We look forward to renting again

Great location. Love the upper deck to sit have coffee in the morning looking at the ocean. Master bedrooms up stairs are very spacious. Lots of room and comfortable. They have e everything to cook and eat with.

The house was perfect for our family and friends of seven. It had all of the amenities we needed and the bedrooms were large. This home had standing fans, which most homes and condos don’t and that was an added bonus for us. The location was far enough away from the crowds and just off the beach. We only wish it had a pool like most of the neighboring homes. All around, a great stay for us!!

It was perfect for my large group of friends, plenty of dishes and space for everyone. Walking distance from the beach, just across the street. Only thing to note is you will have to pack your own toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bag- they only supply one of each and with a large group that kinda stuff goes fast.

Nice house and quick walk to the beach entrances. The view from the top deck is fantastic! Kitchen is well equipped (my chef husband approves). The common area has a nice new couch and love seat and chairs for gathering. Bunk rooms are great for kids. Nice furniture on the deck if you want to eat outside or take in the view.

We really enjoyed our stay- the house was very clean and well-equipped. Other than the construction next door, which started at 7 am every weekday morning, I would recommend the house. The management company was excellent with informatory emails before and during our stay.

The management was easy to get in touch with and the house was furnished with everything as if we were at our own home. We will definitely consider itripvactions again.

Lovely place. Just not a peaceful vacation at all due to being woken up at the crack of dawn due to construction every morning.

We enjoyed our 3 days at Good Winds. This is a lovely property just across the street from the gulf. The beach access was a short walk from the home. The interior was as clean as any rental I have ever been in, which made a wonderful impression on our 5 adult family members. We had room to spread out and a lovely view from the porches. Despite rain for the majority of our trip, we thoroughly enjoyed the house and walking on the beach at dusk. As with any house on the beach there is the normal wear and tear on the structures and furniture. For our own comfort, we covered the sofas with sheets so that we would feel free to lounge on them. But the floors, bathrooms, bedrooms, and kitchen areas were spotlessly cleaned, which made us very comfortable right at the outset of our trip. One bedroom TV was missing an HDMI cable, but we just used one from the other bedroom so it was not an issue. The kitchen was well furnished with dishes and utensils, fridge with ice maker, coffee pot, etc. There is a LOT of construction going on in the area right now, and on the house right next door, so be prepared for loud noises during the day. It really didn't bother us much at all. As an artist, I also enjoyed the lovely art all over the house from the paintings in the living area to the drawings in the master bedroom.. Thank you for a great rental experience!

Home was just as advertised. Short walk to the beach, a little farther to the nearest store/restaurant. Only downer was both the houses next to us were being worked on the whole time we were there.... what can you do.

the property was very nice and clean some of the outdoor furnishings upstairs were a little wore out and the stove was a bit tricky but other than that we had an amazing time! You have a little walk to get to the beach. We all slept nicely and enjoyed our stay!

The house is cute. Good location because it’s right across the street from the beach. Had to ask permission to go across private property for easier excess but it was fine. The only problem I had with the house is that some of the locks didn’t really work. I know the two bathrooms door locks weren’t working because I walked in on a family member.
