Toilet in kamer erg laag. toiletzitting zit los. Tv zender veel storing. Veel receptie personeel dat geen woord Nederlands verstaat/spreekt

Keine Antwort am Telefon, Baby-Reisebett vorab gebucht aber wurde nicht zur Verfügung gestellt aufgrund Personalmangel. Klima hat leider nicht funktioniert und gab es keine Möglichkeit Fenster zu öffnen.

There was a shuttle service running to and from the airport, which was very convenient. The hotel had a gym which was also nice.

That there was not dinner available in the hotel you had to go over the road to another hotel. The staff in the bar at the other hotel were extremely rude & unhelpful

the bus driver from the airport was frightening he went through stop signs..people and luggage were flying all over the bus. when we complained to the night staff who said she was the manager she did not care..another bus driver was standing there and said he knew who it must be..the young lady who said she was manager was very unkind and basically did not care.your front entrance was taken up by smokers and the smell as you walked in to your hotel was absolutely disgusting

little things here and there were poorly maintained (pealing paint inside bathroom door, ie).

The staff were the best part, they engaged the customer, gave recommendations based on a few introductory questions. What kind of food I might like to eat was available at the restaurant, the best time to go to avoid the rush and simple ideas that were very helpful!

Long bus ride to the location and having to pay to go back to the airport via the shuttle. It was free to come but you had to pay to leave.

i had to ask for the invoice with company data for four times ... in the bathroom no glass for the toothpaste, shower gel not enough

Good location from the airport. used the shuttle daily to get to the airport and then from their caught public transport as needed - into Amsterdam and the tulips. cleaners did excellently job daily

rude staff at the front desk, blamed myself for not being able to book what I wanted because the website didn’t allow me did not listen to me once. really disappointed with our stay for how expensive they charge for a very very basic hotel
