Das Licht im Zimmer ist gemütlich aber fast ein bisschen zu dunkel, das Abendessen plus Service war nicht spektakulär, Teller werden nicht abgeräumt . Es gab kein Druckversion von der Rechnung beim Abreise

Erg teleurstellend dat zowel de landelijke organisatie als het hotel zelf geld in rekening heeft gebracht en dat ook na herhaaldelijk bellen en mailen dit niet wordt opgelost. Als je dus een betaallink krijgt bij je berichten dat de boeking niet rond is, weiger deze dan want je bent je geld kwijt!!!

Het ontbijt viel erg tegen. Veel te duur wat je ervoor krijgt.

Mooi centrale locatie en dichtbij hotel, ruime parkeergelegenheid en mooi zwembad. We hadden een familie kamer met een ruime badkamer.

Ons zitje op de kamer kon een goede stoom cleaning gebruiken

The guy at the reception is extremely arrogant and not service minded at all.

location was good within walking distance of the Palais Het Loo and the city. breakfast was good and the staff very friendly

room and bathroom was a bit basic no bath mat and tv did not work

The room was great. The amenities -that we used were wonderful. We loved that we could just walk to Palais Het Loo and it was a wonderful walk. Right across the street from the was memorial as well!

We had dinner at the hotel - the poor staff working was doing the bar, the restaurant and reception all by himself.

Awful room (153) location just above the restaurant and next to the rear yard. was woken up numerous times throughout the night from staff disposing of items loudly in the bin. this started up again from 6am. not great. rooms are also very dark with limited lighting.

Warm pool, Rapid check in, smiley receptionist and comfortable bed and free parking 👍❤️

No thing. I recommend for family with children ☺️ We come again!

Not able to buy small needs

Great staff. Rooms very nice, although a bit small -- as was the bathroom (room # 155). Lovely/comfortable bed. Outstanding water pressure -- makes showering a real pleasure.

Owing to the low number of breakfasting guests, the selection of bread was limited. Unfortunately only white bread -- although the last day of my stay a nice late made rye rolls especially for me. Also, my guests can no longer swim in the pool, which they could in the past. Maybe you should reconsider this policy?? Don't mind paying the reasonable fee again.
