Alles goed behalve het eten , high wijn na de theater voorstelling voo 2 personen€ 80,- !! het was niet meer dan een zeer slecht "Kaasplankje" wel met wijn. Restaurant eten slecht de Tong was een sliptongetje geen groente ,ja allen zure salade. volgende dag hamburger dan maar aan de bar ,niet te eten keihard /smaakloos, Dus eten doen we niet meer bij v.d.valk

Het onbijt viel klein beetje tegen. Er waren maar 2 soorten afbakbroodjes die vrij groot waren (je kon weinig varieren)en verder uiteraard het gewone brood

Frühstück super gut, sehr sehr freundliches Frühstückspersonal,, die sich alle Mühe gaben auch etwas deutsch zu sprechen

oh einiges, front office durchweg unpersönlich, nicht eine bzw. einer hat ein wort deutsch gedprochen, alles sehr unpersönlich.. Ab montag begann ein Umbau, wasser und Schmutz viel auf den Balkon, keine Entschuldigung nichts. hsk hingegen wieder sehr freundlich. Echt schade und wir haben uns geärgert! Nachts sehr sehr laut es hallt der Ton, jedoch das Grasseste sind fie Zimmertüren die knallen unentweg laut, gerade sehr spät Abends sehr unangenehm!

Location was very convenient, 2 minute walk into town. Breakfast had a very good selection. Room size very big. Nice lobby for spending time. Swimming pool.

Not all rooms are accessible via lift.

Everything was OK. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom spacious and with a good shower. Free car parking onsite was one reason to stay here, but being unable to reserve is an added stress.

The decor feels a bit tired and worn. Our balcony was a few metres away from an apartment in an adjacent building where the inhabitants had a loud domestic late at night. The hotel structure is quite flimsy and every time someone drags a chair in an adjoining room, it sounds like a dinosaur roar. Finding the car park (P4) was hard. P1->P3 were sign posted in many places, but we had to stop and walk around the building to find P4. It has a weird contraflow entrance that requires driving on the wrong side of the road and against all road markings. The coffee machine in the room came with a range of unidentified pods, one of which contained tea.

Great hotel on edge of lovely town. John in the bar always welcoming. Reception staff very helpful. Good sized very comfortable rooms

Staff friendly and welcoming, room great, clean, confortable, balcony looking over grass and water (and adjoining balconies). Swimming pool. Breakfast as an extra was well worth it, excellent selection, & good food. QUIET :) Brilliant after a noisy hostel the previous two nights. Small town, hotel in a quiet area, with many nearby restaurants for all tastes. Only came here because of zero notice German rail strike, and had to leave Germany fast, and this is almost the first town over the Dutch border, but is a really nice place to stop for chillout time.

Quite a walk from the station with a heavy pack and no bus service, at least on a Sunday (yes, could have got a taxi). 'Fitness suite' was plain hot, actual physical exertion just wasn't ever going to happen :/

The lobby and restaurant are surprisingly grandesk for a VanderValk hotel. nice bar. it’s all old style classics as you would expect here. The staff was friendly and helpful and I was able to check in early. breakfast takeaway on early departure. great location opposite the park.

the room has to a certain extend already aged and the beds are just cheap, like much of the interior of the room. nevertheless probably one of the best VanderValks there is. I just don’t go along with this franchise but this one is admittedly truly bearable

You can feel the noise, was a party and the place to park . Parking was full I'm not eating cheese ( lactose intolerance ) and meat not a lot of choice for me
