Location close to Friends Arena, walkable distance. Good stay for going to a concert. Comfortable spacious room.

We had booked a room for 3 people, but upon arrival there was only one set of towels and one bed was not made. Staff did not understand English very well, so the issue was fixed with somewhat problematically.

The receptionist were really nice and after we came back from the beyonce concert they gav us sausage which was so nice. Breakfast really nice.

We had to wait almost 1hr for our room to be ready. Small room for breakfast.

I loved everything! The staff was super nice, the breakfast was good too, always fresh. The room was clean and it was the same one that we saw on the photo when we booked. The beds and the pillows were very comfortable, there was always hot water to take a shower. We didn't hear any noise from our neighbours. I was worried about our check-in since we arrived very late in Stockholm, but Lovis, from the hotel staff, was always responsive to my messages and gave me the necessary instructions to enter. Thanks a lot Lovis! The hotel is near the Friends Arena, so it was perfect since we went to a concert. The cutest part was when we got back late that night and the staff welcomed us with hotdogs :)
