J’aime cet hôtel pour son charme et son emplacement dans la vieille ville devant une station de tram.

J’ai été logée en face dans une annexe qui sont plutôt des studios avec coin cuisine, moderne, propre, sans âme.

Très bel hotel calme et parfaitement situé. Personnel charmant et de bons conseils.

Pas de clim dans la chambre (comme la rue était très calme, la fenêtre ouverte et le ventilateur nous ont suffi), le petit déj pourrait être plus gourmand et proposer plus de choses non-emballées

The receptionist put extra 130 euros without informing us and she thought that we will not notice. When we notice it asked for the details where we spent this 130 check resturant or CCTV camera. She start shaking her lie get caught and then she prepared another receipt. Second in morning no one was at reception and we have to screem to search so that some one can open the door. It was very painful we bang the bell multiple times and search all rooms for help but it was really painful to see that such a good hotel have such an unprofessional staff in reception.
