Breakfast Not upto the Mark

I get different room from what i booked. Totally not worth it, i dont think i get the room i chose and paid for. Really disappointed

Airport shuttle was supposed to be included when we booked online but they didn’t respond to our emails via booking.com and later we had to call them to ask about airport shuttle but they directed us to call someone else to arrange the service. Ended up taking the taxi instead!

The room is big, clean and the bed is comfortable.

Breakfast is below my expectation in terms of quality.

Every staff member at the hotel were very polite and professional. Amazing location and very convenient as most things just in walking distance. Staff Laka, Sabuy & Ena were very friendly and professional. We would surely come back.
