Camera molto sporca, fredda e con un odore terribile di fumo. Prezzo veramente esagerato, non vale neanche la metà.

It was an emergency stay...as no other hotel was available in Slagese. Wewere glad to find this location (traveling by bike, staying right along the E20 :) at the end. Call centre was very helpful, as we did not receive the room code by SMS or WhatsApp for some technical reason.

No human contact.....everything online....booking....room number....code to open....(however, very good support by call centre).

Noise from the highway

The only positive thing about this hotel is its proximity to the highway

In the description, it said that the restaurant would be open 24/7, but we did not even find the restaurant or even a lobby. We ended up walking to a nearby gas station and were able to get a sandwich there. In the bathroom, there was not even a bar of soap in the shower, let alone shampoo. The bed was very uncomfortable, the springs were sticking up through the mattress and into my body so overall very uncomfortable.

Close to Tesla chargers

The pictures taken didn’t correspond to reality sadly. The floor grain was clogged so when we turned on the water the floor was flooded. The room was in no way soundproofed from surrounding rooms. The ad says reception, we didn’t see more than a sign for it? Only got a text with check in instructions and we arrived in good time before said reception would close at 18 o’clock. We paid a little more than 100 Euro which is more than double what it’s worth in our opinion.

We were not informed about the check in system (room number plus 4 digit code) until after we had left on the trip. When we arrived there was no reception and we were only able to access room due to kindness of another guest who knew a contact phone number from which we obtained necessary room number and pin. Booking.com should also make it clear that this "hotel" effectively provides no food.

Was in room 207 and the wireless internet signal strength was insufficient to be able to get internet access. Had to sit on the dirty steps to get access to the internet.

Location, rooms were good and comfortable, price, cleaning staff was lovely and very friendly

Not at the fault of the hotel, but due to the price and location a lot of people who were staying here were rougher around the edges. Many other guests would stand right outside our room and drink a lot and be loud, which made it hard to feel comfortable. They would stare and approach female members of our party and were very creepy to us, a group of men whistled at me and I did not feel safe. One time some men approached me and a friend as we were on the phone and wouldn't leave us alone. Because there is no staff at the property there was no way to bring this up to staff so we were left on our own.
