I always book at this spot I have never had issues . The receptionist was lovely very friendly. The cleaners were on point . Very nice always had a smile . How ever this time I had brought my two daughters with me , and had the manger of the property with I’m assuming her partner come to my room at 10:15 pm knocking asking if there was a problem. I had replied no. I didn’t open the door I opened the window . Cause I was with my two girls & wasn’t expecting any visitors at that time . They then proceeded to tell me the people below my room had been complaining about the noise for a whole hour . I then told them that I am a family with kids , and my kids just got into bed . I really didn’t appreciate her and that man approach on the situation . They didn’t even tell me who they were , for all I knew they could have been to crack heads that walked off the street. I’m a mother of two girls and she comes to my room with herself and her partner . I just felt unsafe and unwelcomed . She was not nice about it at all about . There is a way to approach things . And she did not approach it in the right manner.

The property manager. I would expect the manager of the property to have a badge . Or something for me to know who she is . Approaching a women’s room with two young kids in the middle of the night with a man without introducing themselves is very bad practice, and not great manners . Have in mind I booked 3 nights for a business meeting. The next day I went to return the room key card . And she called out . As she was not in the office . Didn’t say anything about the situation or anything . Feel super uneasy. I normally not the type of customer who is picky or anything . But cause of this one incident I just felt like it’s not okay. & I paid for a room . And was made to feel unsafe and not welcomed.

I stayed for 2 nights visiting family, the room was very basic with the amenities that you need, clean, comfy bed, friendly reception.

We were on the bottom floor and could hear every footstep from the above room, could not adjust the shower head, the spa jets did not work and I was looking forward to that.

Clean and very comfortable beds. Very roomy.

The toilet wasn’t connected to the floor as it could move and only one button on the toilet worked

being picked up at midnight and returned by shuttle early in the morning was all really good.

Loved the bath tub that was huge and clean. The rooms was comfortable with the AC to control the room temperature with ease. Services were also great with free laundry facilities. Would definitely recommend others to stay here.

I cannot think of anything to comment or complain on. Everything was great.

This property is above 5-10 mins drive to the airport and has a shuttle that will take you to the airport. Offers to leave your car at the hotel while you are away for a fee but very nice staff.

Issue with wake up call as seems guests from previous stay lowered the volume on the phone so did not receive the wake up call.

It is what you expect. Everything was there, location near the airport. The free shuttle service to the airport was great. The room was clean and everything you need, the staff was very friendly.

Motel nicht weit vom Flughafen entfernt. Zimmer groß und sauber, haben es für 1 Nacht gebucht bis zur Weiterfahrt, dafür ist es ok. Hoteleigenes Shuttle.

I've stayed at this accommodation several times. The shuttle is only a phone call away and arrives promptly. The rooms are a little dated, but bed, bedding and pillows are super comfy. Rooms are clean and warm. Would stay again.

It was as I expected for the price range. There wasn't anything I didn't like.

Close to Airport

The fridge in the room was so noisy I think it was because of the build up of ice, it clicked and cracked all night which was awful. Parking is shocking there were no spaces when we returned after a night out. We had 4 units between us and 2 cars and there was insufficient parking for us.

Everything was great 👍 I am a kiwi that lives in ozzie so I come home frequently. I have stated at many motels around the airport , 2nd time here and will only stay here niw. So good There’s a laundry you can use if need be. Drivers of shuttles friendly & quick to come. Thanks see you next time

The staff were super friendly on arrival and departure, including checking everything was okay when we departed. The location to the airport is excellent, particularly for early departures. We had the family suite, which had two bedrooms and also beds in the lounge area - which worked perfectly for our family.

A little bit noisy due to traffic noise, but we had a unit near Kirkbride Road, so would think those further back on the site are better.

Room was perfect for the 3 of us. And it was not too noisy. Place was very clean and staff were friendly.

Couldn't park outside unit or in a carpark as taken up by airport parking offered by motel. No disabled parking

Great place to stay, handy to Auckland Airport. Very impressed with the shuttle being available 24 hours a day, thought this was a great service

It was a little noisy, but we are used to country life so maybe it was just we weren't used to city noise!
