Location and atmosphere were really nice. Room was also good and spacious. Spa was clean and quiet, and it was nice to take drinks in the rooftop terrace!

Nice size of the room, excellent location, minimum noise from outside, polite and helpful reception and in general all staff, good size of the bathroom. Location, however, is number one, next to the opera and the main square, and in general to all you desire in a big city.

Noise from the neighbouring rooms and restaurant on the 6th floor, constant noise in the bathroom of water flowing - in general noisy, not so much from the outside, despite the central location, but inside - poor quality of walls, no respect for the quiet - guest in restaurants from outside late in the night etc. This was not expected and a big disappointment. Loads of external guests in the lift going ul to floor 6 bar especially during the weekend - avoid floor 5 rooms as the noise is quite disturbing, especially between 22-23 when the are cleaning / closing, I presume.

This luxury hotel is almost in the centre, less than a 10min walk from Wroclaw Square. It's nearby good restaurants and brunch places. The wellness facilities with two saunas and the pool are clean and available until Midnight which was perfect on our first day as we arrived late. The rooftop restaurant looks nicely decorated with a view of the city. The room and bathroom are huge, with enough space for 2 people. The staff is very friendly, the turndown service is included. We asked for a quiet room and we go it.

No major issue. Two small things to consider: the pillows were too shallow, and I would prefer a taller one. While the Finnish sauna was great, the Turkish one wasn't strong enough. In general, I think having more sauna options would be great as wellness is one of the advantages of this hotel.

Breakfast was amazing, friendly staff,and perfect location.

Daily knocks on door from room service workers to give candy or peanuts and if guest were unresponsive the worker would open door.

Beautiful hotel interior, wooden floors everywhere. Quiet location. Good size of the pool and spa.

No kettle in the room so we couldn’t make a tea or coffee. Fridge was very tiny and the room was quite dark. Water in the jacuzzi is cold and the same temperature as in the pool! No wonder no one sat in the jacuzzi. Come on Monopol Hotel! You are a five stars hotel so at least put kettles in the rooms for your guests and sort out that water temperature in the jacuzzi!

not what I would expect as a 5* hotel. the rooms were comfortable but it was not luxurious and some features in the room were broken (E.g. the spa bath) and the ceiling shower is clearly not been cleaned for a long time as it sprayed everywhere!
