This is an excellent and well situated hotel. We received a warm and genuine welcome including tea/coffee and waffles in reception. The hotel is opposite the Match Museum and just a short walk from the train/bus station and many restaurants. We had a nice, clean and comfortable room with a good bathroom. Excellent breakfast with lots of choices included in the price. This hotel represents good value for money.

The breakfast room was full and the first two staff we found were unable to answer if we could eat at one of the tables at reception.

We booked this stay because saunas and pool were offered, but these are closed for "some reason" (words of receptionist), so that was the first disappointment. The second is the very dated rooms you will be housed in. This looks like something that was modern in the CCCP in 1970's. Torn bedsheets in the corners, the hairdryer made the plug sound so loud that we rather didnt use it. There isnt even a small TV in the room even though theres TV antenna cable laying on the ground..

The room was quite old but very clean. The staff was lovely and helpful. Location was good and near the main streets. The breakfast was good and there was various things to eat.

The building is old and so is the rooms floor and doors.. The bathroom is so small and had a bad smell..

Perfect room- and bedsize for me and in the future for me and my wife. Perfect with garage directly under the hotel. Just taking the elevator or the stairs to the garage, lobby, breakfast and the corridor to the room that was close. I enjoyed the coffee-machine when I came and went! Perfect I could check in during the night and 24/7 after 15.00 hours the first day of my booking. Just had to inform I was coming later, during the first night. The garage was almost perfect. Only some trouble with the card-readers position that need to be close to the buttons where it's horisontal, flat ground, flat floor. It's easy to loose control of the motorcycle when leaning steep as it was down to and up from the garage. Need more grip fore the tyres on the floor, especially when wet outside.

Like the possibility of charging ev:s/ electric veiculos in the future electric cars, electric motorcycles and electric bikes and a special locked place for bicycles.

Location brilliant. 5 minutes walk to trains and buses. Excellent choice at breakfast and freedom to enjoy it. Good reception area to relax in and have complimentary drinks plus wafflemaker for guest use. The staff have always been cheerful and helpful and this time we even got an upgrade to a room with a view over the lake. That made our stay even better. Would definitely return.

Really cannot think of anything major. Two small things.....we always had to ask for milk for tea/coffee which sometimes involved waiting until receptionist was free. Some mornings the bread rolls weren't as fresh as on previous visits.L
