Staff were friendly. Food was not great at buffet. Had to pay 2 euros to get 1 pair of coffee balls to prepare coffee in the room, no self service laundry facilities. Having to pay for drinking water bottle. Have to pay to use coffee machine. They don't have a refrigerator in the room so I have given them home made food lunch boxes to put that in the refrigerator. They lost it 2 times in a row and I didn't get it back. Nice resort but could get better value for money staying elsewhere

Room is very dirty. Especially, previous traveller's trash was still in the trash box. I think that cleaning was not enough.

Room smelled horrible, like sewage always. When you put the do not disturb sign, they still come inside and do roomservice, even though this was not wanted. Most unhygienic bathroom, brownstains, hair, and dust in the room. Never, go here.

We’ve stayed there for 2 nights. It is lovely place, good for business and families. Despite it close to busy road, it is a bit quite during night. The room is big enough to accommodate family of 3 (two adults and child), have kingsize bed and one single bed. It has good shower. There is TV and free WiFi. Hotel has great restaurant with plenty of dishes to choose. We had breakfast (not included) every morning (on self-catering basis) and dinner in the evening. The dishes are very tasty and coffee absolutely perfect, it so good what you coming to have one more cup. If you are fan of KFC or McDonald’s, they are close to the hotel, and you can reach it in 5 minutes walking time. The atmosphere in hotel is a bit welcoming and we found all team members are very friendly, very helpful, honest and professional. If you have any issues with anything they are happy to sort it out quick and professionally. They are speaking different languages too so if you do not know French, they can easy answer on your questions. There is plenty of parking spaces, and always free places available even at very late evening. Also, there are charging points for electric cars too. There is an automatic petrol station close to the hotel, just 2-3 minutes to drive on the car. All in all, we had a great time while stayed, would like to recommend to anyone, who is looking for something similar and quite too.

The rooms were very basic. we had some bugs on the bes. this was not expected. toilets were ok. not expected. water block and not freely flowing. shower was very slow.

ok compared to there choices available in the city, good location to attend a wedding and nice garden outside.
