pas de Parking a l'arrivée apres 2 tel et un message .Je n'ai pas appelé le jour de mon arrivée car:qu'adviendrait il si le matin a mon appel ,ibis me répondait que le parking est deja complet ,peut etre par des gens ayant pris une chambre Tardivement ,alors que j'ai retenu ma chambre des semaines avant mon arrivee.heureusement c'etait aout et j'ai trouvé une place dans la rue/
ce qui sera impossible en septembre et en octobre!! donc si ce systeme continue ,je serai navrée de ne plus aller dans les IBIS,d'autant que je suis legerement handicapée ,mais sans cate.

La situation, le confort, la déco et le petit déjeuner.
Nous étions au 6ème étage, Il y avait beaucoup de vent et il y a eu un bruit de claquement toute la nuit qui nous a empêché de dormir correctement.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Mit der Métro ist man sofort im Centre Ville.
Erstaunlich große Auswahl beim Frühstück, das Personal ist sehr freundlich.
Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer ist nicht effektiv. Da man die Fenster wegen des Verkehrslärms geschlossen halten muss, war es im Zimmer immer viel zu warm.
Das Doppelzimmer war schon sehr klein!

Great neighbourhood, cafes & restaurants. Short walk into centre of Lyon & very close public transport options.
Very small room & bathroom. Entry halls were humid and had a funny smell, a little run down.

The facility in the room is very minimalist. More like Ibis Budget rather than Ibis Styles.
The parking lot is very limited. Not every guest can get parking slot.

vegan breakfast options very limited (bread and jam), room was hot, AC didn't work, the street was loud so couldn't sleep with open window, barely slept for 2 nights.

This is definitely not an Ibis Styles. Should be downgraded to an Ibis Budget along with the price. No upgraded facilities in the room, ancient, inefficient Aircon, industrial and very poor breakfast, for 185€ for one night. Have visited this hotel before - it was a third of the price and in much better condition.

IBIS hotel is located perfecty for discovering Lyon by feet. Also its really close to Henon metro station and its still not quite noisy. the neighbourhood was calm. there’s an artisan bakery and a small shop directly to the hotel. also, the staff is super nice!
we wish the rooms had a small fridge, also the room was generally missing shelves or something like that to store things. the bathroom was underwhelming - no electrical outlets, not enough hangers… Breakfast is missing fresh options (vegetables and fruit), also no cereal. But still it was fine and enjoyable! overall would say its a bit expensive for what it is.

a bit far away from the center but easy to get there with the underground, good value for money.

The staff was kind and helpfull.
Inside, the place was very clean.
The localisation of the place is ok.
- The room and bathroom were small.
- One electric socket was loose.
- Towels were very small
- Batteries in the remote control were empty.
- Parking only bookable on the day of arrival. When arrived, the place on the second level was not available. The parking is very small and difficult to drive in.
- There was a dead rat just outside the hotel, near the door.
Overall, for the price paid, it was not a good deal.

It looks like an0'otel for 50-70€ , old furniture, carpet on ground look like 80' noisy ( tubes noise)

there is moquette in all rooms and the corridor was horribly stinking of smoke.
