Property was clean and plenty of room for our needs

The weather was the only thing that wasn't perfect, but what can you do? The property was gorgeous, the view was magnificent, the condo owner is amazing with communication and making sure everything was exactly what we had expected. I would say it far exceeded our expectations. A lot of people complained about the elevators but it is to be expected with just one central elevator bank. I appreciate the care put into this place and plan on going back!!

This is a beautiful place to stay. Plenty of room for the eight of us. Nice furnishings to give it that home away from home feel. Rich that owns the condo was super easy to work with and always timely with responses. Couldn’t have asked for anything better. Thank you for a wonderful vacation. Shawn

This property is exactly how it is described. The property manager is wonderful and excellent in communications. The property manager had a ton of information that was sent on other options to help our stay be at ease (party planners, grocery delivery, baby equipment rental, etc). I would recommend this property if you are planning a stay in Orange Beach.

Everything was great. Pools, lazy River, water slide, b-ball, p-ball, beach, tenia court, grills, gym, jacuzzis, property, people who works here, everything, everyone. For sure, it’s worth to come back.

Property was clean and easy access and check in. Easy access to ocean and pool. I would highly recommend this property.

We love Phoenix West II condos. We've styaed there multiple times. This is the first time though that we've stayed in a condo on the bayside. We didn't know what to expect but it was a wonderful surprise. This condo was amazing. It has great size and space. Wonderful furnishings. Great views. The owner was an amazing gentleman who went out of his way to make sure that we had a great time. This is a must stay condo!

Was exactly as described and pictured. Everything was clean and in working order. The proximity to the beach and the amenities were great for our kiddos. We could walk to restaurants and coffee shops, less than 1 mile. (have to cross busy road, but there are crosswalks)

The condo is great. Comfy beds, clean everything. Owner was incredibly responsive and checked I. To make sure we had everything we needed. He even sent a handyman over when we discovered one of the pocket doors didn't completely close. Views from the lanai are spectacular even though it's on the backside of the building as there is nothing blocking the view. There is also some view of the ocean from the side as well. Only downside of this condo is the incredible hugeness of this building and the wait times for the elevators. Don't try and use elevators during peak time or you'll be waiting forever. I highly recommend this condo and will be booking it again.

The condo was big enough for all 11 of us to have a bed which was nice. It offered all the necessities we needed, even came with a pack and play and high chair for my daughter. We were not aware that everyone would have to wear wristbands and the parking was a little complicated as you are only allowed to 2 parking spots (in which you have to pay $45/ea for, not included in your rental price). The floors in the condo were not the cleanest, the toilet paper is super cheap, and the beds all squeak pretty bad with any slight movement. Communication with the host was thorough and easy. The lazy river and beach access is perfect for kiddos. Elevator wait can be a little long and hectic on the weekends. Decent place to stay but is lacking a little love in some places.

Beautiful place and great location!!

Rich's property was convenient, beautiful, and perfect for our group. It had restrooms in every room, plus a hallway restroom. It was right off the beach so it was super convenient. You could walk to restaura if you choose. Just make sure to take your o own beach towels, seasonings, and extra toilet paper. Overall, it was a great space for 3 small families!

Great place to stay. Host is amazing to work with and helps any way he can to make your stay easy and enjoyable. Definitely will stay at this property again.

The condo has plenty of room and the building includes lots of amenities.

Very spacious condo with all you will need for an extended stay. The heated pool and multiple hot tubs were great. We had a couple days that were in the 70’s and sunny for beach activities. Lots of time was spent walking the shore looking for shells. Some great ones found. We explored Fort Morgan/Gulf Shores all the way to Fort Walton/Destin while we stayed for the month of January. Lots to do but call ahead many local places are closed til March. The white sandy beach was great. The outdoor pool & lazy river would be great on hotter days. Rainy days we enjoyed the TV/movies, pool and hot tubs. Theatre at the Wharf next to the Farris wheel which you can see from the balcony at night. We liked that our balcony was blocked from the cooler ocean wind but we still had a view of the ocean. We visited with our son who is at the Navy base. Might of been a bit far for as many trips we took back and forth. We were able to accommodate family that joined us for short stays. They were able to get $35 parking passes and free write bands from the lobby. It all worked out so nice, the owner was very easy to reach by text. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time staying in Rich's condo. Everything was as described and the amenities and grounds were awesome!

We had a great stay. Unit was nice and spacious so the 10 of us had plenty of room. The kitchen is nicely equipped. The location is perfect and so convenient to be right on the beach. We encountered a couple issues but the owner was quickly responsive and great about it. The only negative was the wait for the elevators at peak times. Other than that, we had a great week and look forward to returning next year.

This was our first time in Orange Beach and we loved it! Two families traveling together so four adults, two teenagers and two children. There was something for everyone to do on property. Everything was very well-maintained and safe. Rich was so easy to communicate with! Description is exactly what we walked into!!

I just want to say what an absolute gorgeous property it was. The views were amazing & the whole condo exceeded my expectations!! I will definitely book again and have already referred a friend to look into vacationing there when they go in December.

Very clean. We had 10 people in our group and had plenty of room. The kitchen had all the dishes, cookware and appliances anyone would need. I particularly enjoyed the lazy river! We would use this unit again.

We absolutely love our stay. The condo was great as well as the entire building. We will definitely book again.

The only draw back was the elevator wait, however everyone was so friendly about allowing others on. Check in was tough on people. However our host gave us fair warning.

We have been going to orange beach/Gulf shores every year for over 40 years. We loved the condo and the owner could not Have been easier to work with. Our check in/check out was the smoothest and quick ever. The elevator situation at Phoenix west 2 is tough but not unexpected with the large crowds. Certainly not the fault of the condo owner! Just one of those things you have to work around!

A must stay for Orange Beach!! Rich, the property owner, was extremely helpful both before and during our stay! He was very easy to contact and always responded right away! The property was absolutely beautiful and we enjoyed every minute of our stay! The pools, lazy River and easy and close beach access were wonderful!! We would absolutely stay here again!
