Towels not properly washed. No telephone in the room.

Kettle and teabags in the room as well as the minibar, even though I did not take anything from it. I was happy to have a choice.

There was nothing really negative.

I would have rated a 10 had it not been for the extremely unfriendly and unprofessional waitress at the breakfast area. Her attitude was so bad that she wouldn't even respond to my greeting. I thought she had trouble hearing until I saw her have a conversation with another guest. As a person of colour, that me feel extremely unwelcome as I was EVIDENTLY the only black guest in the breakfast area at the time.

Location is good, near the office and S-Bahn. Good value for money

Breakfast is very small variety, and if you dont eat meat or cheese, you will stay hungry

Breakfast was sufficient, room was clean, missing restaurant was not a problem since there are many restaurants around and at least we were forced every day for a short walk. It was not the nicest hotel ever, but it was excelent for what we needed and great for the offered price. Good parking included in price... We will definitely come again!

very nice receptionist. have car park free.

I make a mistake that this hotel have no aircond. only with fan inside the room and it is summer time. No lift in this hotel. Breakfast free no use not much of selection.
