The property was well maintained. The bed was comfortable, breakfast, with hot and cold options, was included and the indoor pool and exercise room were as shown in the photos. The staff were helpful and pleasant. It was nice to see horse-drawn buggies passing the property. As Choice members we were able to get a late checkout.
The room we had faced the road and we could hear the tractor trailer air brakes. The sound was not as frequent overnight. We would request a room on the opposite side of the building the next time.

we arrived at the hotel and there was no water on our floor, and the breakfast was disappointing, for the price it could have been better

Good value for price of hotel stay
Hotel room was not properly cleaned and there was a chemical odor in Room Also cleaning staff was nonexistent and had to ask front desk for new towels also a lot of traffic in front of hotel hard to sleep at night

It was a nice size room for the price.
We couldn’t get anyone to clean the room the whole time we were there. We continually had to go ask for things basic items that should have been there everyday, like more towels and soap.

It was ok can’t make left out of property
The staff when I clearly made a mistake on booking and I booked for wrong dates it was supposed to be 18-20 but I by accident put 17-19 and they took my money at 9:00pm on the Sunday saying I was no show when they didn’t even call to see if I was coming and they didn’t reimburse me that just said no but u can stay the 18th and we might give you the 19th. The next day came the 19th today and outside was about 3 inches of snow and I asked front desk, so are you guys able to give me that day I paid for today. No they said me and my wife had to leave and drive in down poor of snow and 3 inches of snow

The pool was wonderful, my 9 year old grandson loved it!
I understand only having the linens changed every 3 days, but they didn't take out the trash either

Well We have had good experiences at your hotels. Traveling across the country I have noticed the increase in smokers and smoking. As a smoker I would appreciate it if you had smoking rooms. Don't be fooled by surveys on smoking. Smokers pay the same price as non-smokers and should be treated fairly. You should reserve rooms for smokers. I hate paying high prices, VAT taxes and think I deserve as well as others to be treated like a customer and be able to smoke in my room. Get some smoking rooms please.

My reservation thru Booking was not able to be rec'd in the Comfort Inn system. After waiing in my car for 1.5 hrs, I left property!!! Booking needs to contact Affirm with the cancellation info (Booking.com rep processed a full refund after speaking ih Comfort Inn front desk for almost 1/2 hr trying to get me my room!) I do NOT want to have to pay Affirm for this reservation, plus interest!! Thank you.

Room was very comfortable and spacious. Pool super clean and towels. Numerous cafeteria tables for all guests.

Breakfast, the rooms, the shower is really good.
Staff was not very friendly, we were very big group of 25 adults and kids, they did not like it when we were sitting at the lobby or the dinning area

Pleasant welcome when we got there. Clean rooms and facilities. Breakfast was very good.
The room we were in was facing the main highway, so it was noisy with the traffic. Unfortunately, Not much can be done about it, but to say again, the room and facilities were very clean.

Bathroom towels appeared stained and dingy in room 212, the other room was great.

Our room was clean and very comfortable. The beds were comfortable too. Also, they serve breakfast from 6-10 not just til 9. They had coffe available all day and it was very good. Would absolutely recommend!
Could have used a little better lighting over by the closet.
