The cleanliness of the hotel is great.
Not so great are the following:
The pillows are awful. Even utilizing 2, they are flat, and we both had neck aches the rest of the day.
Sleep was rare, due to the high amount of traffic, particularly semi-trucks utilizing their Jake-brakes.
The heat/ac unit decided to begin making extremely loud noise at 5am, thus leading to having to turn it off.

We stayed for a couple of day for a girls weekend. Hotel was very pleasant! Breakfast was a plus to the stay!

The front desk staff was nice. The place was always clean. Their breakfast options were plentiful and there was a little something for everyone

Only issue we had is that the door to the room and bathroom would not close without slamming as they were warpt.

I brought my daughters to the Lancaster area for their fall break. Our usual hotel was booked, as were most hotels in that area for that weekend, so we stayed at the Comfort Inn. The price was reasonable and the hotel was quiet, but I wouldn't stay here again. The rugs felt dirty, the room felt wet for some reason, and the comforter had giant, dark stains on it. The only plus was the A/C made the room really cold. I have to say that all three of us had stomach issues BOTH DAYS from the breakfast at the hotel and the only thing we had in common was a waffle. I will say that the front desk girl on Friday night and the dark haired lady who ran the breakfast buffet were very nice and friendly.

Front desk staff was friendly. Rooms were good but bathtub could have been cleaner. Food area pretty unclean, a coffee stained floor was there 2 days before sort of cleaning it up. I reserved a second room for my daughter and she had a hair clump on her fitted sheet.

Nice check in but our bed had a clump of hair and several long strands on the fitted sheet. Told the front desk who were very apologetic. They offered us another room and one of the two beds in that room had small hairs all over the fitted sheet. Bathroom tub was not the cleanest either.

The room was clean and roomy. The shower leaked the first time I used it because the shower head was pointed outward. The lady who checked me in seemed a little annoyed that she would have to repeat herself to four customers that were in line. I found that slightly rude.

Cost more than anticipated & initially put forth on Hotels.com. Check in ok, but toilet overflowed and flooded the bathroom and floor outside it. Then switched rooms and the shower barely drained over about 30 mins.

I've stayed in other Comfort Inn across the country and was pleased with our stay. Breakfast was great, Service from the front desk was professional and polite, rooms are for most part clean.
However, our stay here in Gap, PA we found hair in our bedsheets. I knew as soon as we walked in the room, I see the bed and the bed covers were very wrinkled. I thought these sheets were not changed. We arrived so late and very tired and was leaving the very next day early morning, so pulled sheets off. I was disappointed and I should have said something in the front desk. We left the next morning.

Room was fine: simple, very clean.
Several times there was no one at reception, no sign, with office wide open. Waited and gave up. This happened when different people were on duty.
There is a bare bones feeling to this place.
The breakfasts were really awful: no oatmeal, no boiled eggs, cheap cold cereals, cheap little muffins, make-your-own waffles.
The eggs were small bright yellow semicircles of something with bright orange cheese, swimming in fluid. Sausage looked like cardboard and tasted about the same, again floating in something.
It made my stomach turn, so I didn't eat much. Others were similarly disgusted.

The room was very clean. Staff very friendly. I could skip the breakfast. Although they did offer sausage eggs and waffles. The eggs were not made well and the waffle batter very water. I would stay here again

We came from out of town a long drive and this hotel wanted to charge me 20$ an hour to check in early ! I hv work years in a hotel chain and never hv I heard of this !

Unfortunately I don't have a good rating for this hotel, we arrived at the hotel very tired and late, we had to be ready early for our family event and we found that there was no water, we couldn't use the toilet, the shower, we couldn't wash ourselves and we had to leave the hotel, pay somewhere else just to be able to clean up. We had no announcement and no apology from management.
I’m just asking for a refund as I spent more money than expected.

Needed my room cleaned. Never got cleaned or restocked. I was there for 6 nights. Shouldve at least got one day of cleaning but Im home now and next time will be VRBO House rental.

THE PROPERTY WAS NEAT AND THE STAFF WAS COURTESY AND HELPFUL.
WE WERE VERY SATISFIED WITH EVERYTHING UNTIL WE REALIZED THERE WERE NO GRAB/SAFETY BARS
IN THE SHOWER. WE ARE BOTH IN OUR 80'S AND THE GRAB BARS WOULD HAVE MADE US FEEL MUCH SAFER WHILE SHOWERING. MY WIFE DID NOT SHOWER AS SHE WAS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE THAT THERE WERE NO SAFETY BARS.WE HAVE STAYED IN COMFORT INNS BEFORE AND GRAB BARS WERE PRESENT IN THE SHOWER. WE WILL HAVE TO REMEMBER TO ASK BEFORE WE BOOK AGAIN

I enjoyed very much my stay since it was my daughter Wedding and the hotel was near the location. Staff was wonderful very nice and welcoming. I would like to mention a employee who was very helpful and made my stay more pleasant. Her name is Sherry. If i not mistaken she is in charge of Breakfast. Such a wonderful employee....will stay soon again.
