Fabulous location, friendly hotel

Enjoyed my stay but sadly I arrived late and left early.

Very modern hotel and a nice layout when you walk in.

Beds not v comfortable, room v stuffy and windows don't open. Asked to pay €100 deposit on check-in that wasn't mentioned anywhere when booking. Told it would be refunded on checkout to be told at checkout that because it was a debit card it will be 5 days before the deposit is refunded. My husband was offered drugs outside the door of the hotel while I checked out and the woman got quite aggressive.

Location and cleanliness of hotel was fabulous.

Rooms were basic for price. Girl on front desk upon our arrival was not helpful and quite rude which was a shame.

I requested an early check-in via the website but was informed that it might not be possible. However, upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Letisia, who greeted us with a radiant smile and efficiently arranged an early check-in for us. The breakfast was satisfactory and reasonably priced, and the rooms were impeccably clean. The hotel also offers engaging riddles, with the chance to win a complimentary drink at the bar. Overall, the staff were friendly, but Letisia's consistently warm and attentive approach truly stood out. Her genuine eagerness to ensure our comfort made us feel exceptionally welcome during our stay.

The rooms would greatly benefit from the addition of a dressing table and wardrobe, as the current storage space is inadequate. Additionally, the breakfast area is quite small and tends to become overcrowded rapidly. Limited vegan breakfast options, apart from the fruit salad, and minimal choices on the lunch and dinner menus for vegans were disappointing. While the hotel's location is convenient for accessing attractions, the surrounding area becomes somewhat concerning in the evening after the shops close at 6/7pm.

The Moxy is a wonderful place to stay, with a lively vibe, a great common area that promotes meeting your fellow travelers, and most of all excellent staff who go above and beyond to help you make the most of your time in Ireland. We loved every minute of our stay here and would do it again! From a very warm greeting to recommendations for restaurants and things to do to problem-solving our document printing issues, the staff were top notch and did everything with a smile. Great way to start our trip!

Modern and clean and good location

Building site opposite started noisy construction work very early in the morning. This can’t be helped but it should be listed on the booking while they know it is going on.

Very clean, comfortable and welcoming. Excellent overall value.

Breakfast isn’t great, even if they make it more expensive it needs improving to align with the rest of the hotel. Whilst the location is within easy reach of the centre, North of the river is very different to the south. That said it didn’t impact our stay at all.

Perfect location. Lovely boutique style hotel. Clean fresh and very tastefully decorated. Staff were lovely.

Breakfast was disappointing. Continental style but very basic. Finished at 10 on a Sunday morning and we when we came down at 9.45 there was basically nothing left and nothing was replenished. You eoii up lad be better of not booking breakfast and going somewhere local.

The staff were great. Very warm welcome and very helpful throughout the stay. Location is very central and within walking distance to anything you'd want to visit. Price was reasonable for Dublin. Rooms were spotless and comfortable. Would stay again.

During the trip we stayed in 3 Moxys and this was by far the most favorite. Love the pink hairdryer and hipstery rooms. Great common space and perfect location, just right in the middle of shopping and very close to all attractions. On arrival we got a voucher for 1 welcome drink. Highly recomend. The concept on Moxy could be characterised as Hostel for adults, you can spend time in common area and meet people, play games, chitchat and wine and dine.

No parking as the hotel is very centrally located. could use nearby Paid Parking with hotel discount.

Great location just off O' Connell Street, very friendly staff, great sized room and bathroom. The storage lockers are very useful, you can choose between a medium or large locker and have power sockets and you can store your bag for up to 10 hours at no charge. Would highly recommend this hotel

Felt the dinner menu could have a few more options, the choices weren't poor but personally felt it could have been a little better. Fire alarm went off 2-3 times and each time it was a false alarm. Would have been nice to have a vending machine for a late night snack rather than having to go to the lobby.
