The staff member from Costa Rica was a joy. The continental buffet was good value, great coffee. A referral to Choi Yo around the block was greatly appreciated.

Sin duda lo mejor el personal, que nos dió muchas facilidades para todo. Además, la chica que nos recibió hablaba español, algo que agradecimos.
Las instalaciones estaban un poco anticuadas, aunque la cama era bastante cómoda y dejaban 2 almohadas, que siempre se agradece.

I received news that my father had died during my stay. I was on the phone a good deal that evening as you might imagine. I felt my noise levels were reasonable as I was still conscious that I had neighbouring guests to consider (normal talking noise level, not shouting or crying etc) but was told by staff to keep my noise level down. I will say that there was a lot of shouting/noise from the next door room. Perhaps there was some confusion about who was making the noise. Nevertheless, it was additional distress at an upsetting time.
Suffice to say, I am reluctant to book again, which is a shame as I’ve been a repeat customer for some time now.

Esta a 20 minutos andando del centro, yo lo prefiero, estas en una zona tranquila y a dos pasos de todo el meollo.

Comfy bed, nice Georgian building, close access to park and O'Donoghues bar (live Irish music), accessible to/from airport with airport express bus stop nearby.
Cramped room, beware stairs (no elevator), can be noisy at night with people's movement. A little ways out from the city centre - catch a bus or walk 20min to get into the main city.

We were lucky enough to get a parking space and that sold it to us. Very nice room and quiet at the back of the hotel
I had a ground floor room and luckily checked the patio door before leaving and it wasn’t locked. I hadn’t used it so I’m guessing last guests or housekeeper left out unlocked. Wouldn’t have liked to get back to my stuff gone.

The location was great. I liked the Georgian area and being so close to Stephens Green.
I didn’t feel welcomed. never saw staff after check in. The building needed repairs, the bannisters were wobbly, the keys were really difficult to get room doors open. Vacuum cleaner left in the Galway fir two days, ironing boards and irons out in the hallway. It’s an old Georgian building but there should be someplace to store housekeeping items.

Location is great, 1km from top of Grafton St and closer still to bars, restaurants across the canal.
We got a "family" room, 2 rooms with a bathroom in between. It suited our needs.
Room was comfortable and bathroom was great.
Our second floor room does not have a window but has a patio door and a small balcony.
We did not have the breakfast, plenty of coffee shops close by.
Only issue, there is no temperature adjustment in the room. It was in the 50's (f) at night and to keep the room cool, we had to keep the patio door open all night.

The location was perfect for our needs, the staff were very helpful and friendly and the hotel was clean. Breakfast was good catered well for Coeliac and Diary intolerant members of our party.
As the hotel is an old townhouse, sound travelled from room to sound and floorboards creaked. Movement in rooms above at night was quite disturbing.

The staff is very nice and helpful and even check-in after the check-in times was not a problem at all. Also the location is great. There are restaurants and bars only a few minutes away and also the city center is in walking distance. The room was clean and equipped with everything needed.
The walls are really thin and as the building is older you can here everything. Even people just walking in the rooms above us sounded like elephants walking around.

Great location, walked from the Luas. Staff were lovely, I had a work meeting and was allowed to store my baggage there during the day, get dressed for the meeting beforehand and return again to collect my bags later that day.

some things in the room were outdated, the heat did not work, it was quite cold. but I’m sure they would have fixed it if we mentioned it, so that’s on us.

The location and price was great, and the bed was comfortable. The room was tiny, but there was a wardrobe for our clothes and the bathroom was spacious. Even hairdrier and extra bedding, coffee, and tea was provided. Easy and fast checking in and out. We really enjoyed our stay!
A mini fridge in the room would have made our stay a bit more easy or comfortable, but it did not ruin our overall experience at all! :)
