Super bien placé dans Merida, les chambres sont parfaites, la baignoire avec vue sur de la verdure, superbe. Le personnel est super attentionné et sur les deux jours, deux petits déjeuner différents. Vraiment bien !

We are return guests. All was great as usual, breakfast each morning was enjoyable with a chance to meet other guests. Very convenient to restaurants and places we were visiting.

A big disappointment experienced on our 4th day at this property. Returned later in the evening to find out that the towels that we placed on the bathroom floors after being used for 4 days were hung back in the bathroom rather than replacing them. I was so upset and disappointed that I went to the reception desk and asked why would something such as this, disgusting and unhealthy is allows to happen. The person on shift, instead of apologizing, began asking me how many days I have been at the hotel and try to justify the actions by saying that they do not replace towels on a daily basis. This is not how you manage a complaint if you indeed value your guests. This crosses even the minimum health expectation. I wonder what else goes on in that hotel that is unseen when a dirty towel in a bathroom gets folded and put back on the shelf to be used. Having said the above, there are very good things about this property but it all got missed due to a hotel policy and training. Too bad

Mosquitoes. More vigilant remediation and control efforts needed: cleaning staff not leaving room doors open while cleaning, regular fogging/spraying, more fans strategically placed…etc.

lovely room with was spotlessly clean. staff very helpful. pool was good and the use of a fridge outside and coffee when you wanted was great. a couple of blocks away from historic centre but we enjoyed the walk. breakfast was also excellent. fresh and tasty.

My family and I were really impressed with the attentiveness of the staff and housekeepers. We felt really comfortable asking them anything. The location is great! If you want a quieter city location this is definitely it. It isn't super close to the central area, probably 4-5 blocks of walking but it was in the best location for our preferences. We were in love with the space and interior and this will most definitely be our favorite place to stay in Merida!

The only thing I would have to nitpick is the pool area. We went in January, so the weather wasn't as hot as other seasons, but I wish there was less shade to enjoy tanning and swimming. But the space and amenities were stunning and the pool restroom offered was perfect and clean!

it felt like being home, staff was very friendly and helpful, location was good, we had a great time.

it is a beautiful space. Our room has a kitchenette and a living room, so the space is plenty. The room is gorgeous!

Our room is in the corner of the building where the buses and cars can be heard loudly, so the noise can be irritating.
