Not much sound proofing, which means when guests are rolling into their rooms from bars/clubs between 11pm - 4am there’s not much chance of a peaceful night. would be fabulous if the managers could set some ‘house rules’ regarding noise after 11pm or something..?!?

The owner was very nice. late checkin was no Problem at all. the place was very clean and the location is great. along a silent road very close to the city Center.

A superb apartment and very conveniently located beside the Penkenbahn which was a short walk away. The staff were lovely, very kind and accommodating and Suzanne was most helpful to us when we were trying to arrange our transfer back to the airport. Its the little things that matter. Our apartment was very spacious and suited our needs and the shower always had piping hot water and great pressure which is fantastic to ease tired and weary bones! I would recommend it to others and I would go back.

The location was perfect for skiing with both the main ski lifts a stone's throw away and bus links for the main train/ bus station nearby. The self catering apartment was handy for small meals and keeping drinks cool. The health suite downstairs was just what the doctor ordered after a long day on the slopes!

The place could be doing with some updating, a few fixtures and fittings didn't work/ or were loose (light switches, shower head, door handles etc)

The location was perfect for us. Just a short walk via a pathway to the Penkenbahn ski lift and only a short walk to a large Spar to grab some food for our stay. Room was really comfortable! We also arrived early and were able to check in early which was a big help!

Unfortunately we had some kit stolen from the ski and boot room which does have a key code for access but the staff at Apart Austria were very helpful and refunded the cost of hire. I would maybe suggest CCTV in this room to discourage this happening again.

The studio apartment was very comfy and clean and had plenty of space for 2 of us as a base for skiing. The location is fantastic, just a few minutes walk to the Penkenbahn, Ahornbahn and all the shops, cafés and restaurants on Mayrhofen high street. Susan gave us a friendly warm welcome and we enjoyed the sauna and used our kitchenette for breakfast and some evening meals. Thanks for a wonderful stay, we will be back next time!

The kitchen was missing a couple of useful items like a corkscrew and wooden spoon. It would be great to have a separate bin in the room for recycling.

Susanne was vert friendly although she had asked me to pay again upon leaving even though i paid her cash upon meeting her for the first time, although this could be a genuine oversight there was no apology. On a plus she allowed me to use the shower room to change which allowed me a morning on the mountain as we had a late flight.

The room was comfortable and warm but the beds were not that comfy and the pillows could do with improving.

the place was very close (3 min walk) from the chairlift, the room was big enough, the kitchen was with all the necessary equipment, the sauna was fantastic!!

noise as walls were thin didn’t bother me as no one next to us up late at night but would bother you if you were unlucky and had some party people next door

The double room exceeded all my expectations. It was spacey and very clean, plus, super comfortable and had a lovely view. I loved the little balcony where you could sit and watch the snow fall after an intense day of skiing. Reception staff is friendly and the Penken lift is only a 2 minute walk away, as well as some lovely restaurants! I recommend the Italian restaurant called Pane e Vino. 100% coming back next year!

Nice location. Very good and clean apartment. Beatiful view from windows. Exilent sauna. .... and six days of sunny weather !!!

Everything was great. Communication was quick. We have 2 dogs with us and it wasn’t problem!

Absolutely fabulous facility. Very centrally located. Literally 2 minutes walk to the main street. We arrived at night and the Navi routed us thru a pedestrian walkway which made it extremely difficult to figure out how to get to the hotel. It took us almost 40 minutes to figure out where the road was to get to the hotel. I think if we arrived during the day it would have been much easier to navigate. It is on a small neighborhood street, but once we figured it out, parking was plenty, and easy. The rooms were modern, and clean. We had a balcony that faced the town and main bahn. The owners were very kind and trusting. The gentleman who checked us in basically gave us the keys, and a paper to fill out and turn in the following morning. I would definitely stay here again. Wifi was great, everything was fantastic!

The only thing I would recommend is to possibly send future guests a more detailed instruction as to how to get to the hotel incase arrival after dark. The Navigation will route you to the back street of the Penken Bahn and then try to make you turn right onto a foot path. This would be especially helpful also for non-german speakers.

Very good comunication, perfect key change. Nice owener. The apartman was clean and fully equipped. Two stores nearby( 5 min. of walk ). Two cabel cars, busses, train all nearby and nice. Highly recommended.

Perfect roomy appartment with plenty of facilities and a terras with great view of the mountain scenery and wonderful location in Mayrhofen to visit the beautiful region. Used mainly local transport by use of Zillertal Aktivcard which includes use of Freibade (swimming pools), local trainstation and buses, Kabelbahn. Very friendly owners. Very clean apartment (which is cleaned during stay on some days and not only at the end of stay! Clean towels, garbage take-out et cetera). Free parking at accomodation. Lots of tourist info at accomodation (hiking maps, bus times,... everything you need).

I was seemingly allergic to the fabric of the bed, but this is mainly because I tend to be allergic to certain fabric softeners and dust mite, for which I use a product at home. It is partly my own fault that I didn't tell them and I had my sleeping liner with me so, problem solved. We really loved our stay.

Apartment was cozy and clean. Balcony was very nice! Everything worked well. Highly recommended.

Maybe kitchen could be equipped better?
