Good Appartment with seaview and friendly staff. Good wifi and good kitchen. It is a clean and quiet place.

Breakfast should and more meat. Because some menu only has egg.

WiFi is so slow. At midnight is cannot upload the file.

The staff were really friendly and helpful!! They were kind enough to recommend good local food around the area and helped to receive our grab food delivery when we came back later than expected. Check in and out was very smooth and the staff were very welcoming. The living area was adequately spacious with a dining table, a nice kitchen counter to land groceries and prepare food, plus a sofa area. The kitchen is well stocked with enough plates, bowls and cutleries for us to have meals in. In the day the view is lovely. Honestly, the negatives are negligible, would stay again. :) Old Quarter is good if you want to be closer to the famous places to eat at and see. But I would recommend staying here if you want a quieter neighbourhood that is a reasonable distance from good food and some sights.

The bedroom window only looked out to the corridor so it felt a little gloomy. We only stayed 1 night but can imagine it feels a bit closed in for longer stays. Wish the sofa was perpendicular to the balcony so we could capitalize the view because the balcony wasn't large enough to have seating.

Front Staff and security were kind and very helpful! Facilities including the gym were great! Clean room and nothing lacking.

Awesome service. It was a last minute booking because we have a slide change of the itinerary. We checked in at 9pm night after we returned from Halong, we were exhausted. The check in process was speedy, the Japanese restaurant still served us in their last 20 minutes of closing time, the food was superb, especially curry chicken. You can order the food from the room as well. We have everything in the two bedroom executive apartment, including kitchen, washer and hair dryer. This is a great place for family traveller. Strongly recommend !!!
