Our best VRBO stay…David was, by far, the best property manager. Very responsive to any questions we had. Best home…beautiful, wonderful pool and outdoors area, excellently equipped. Many amenities. Excellent location. I couldn’t recommend it more!

We've stayed at many vacation rentals over the years, from places as varied as Istanbul to Quito to Aukland. This was by far the best equipped and decorated that we've seen anywhere. It's better than the description in the ad. We won't go into details because that's been done so well in previous reviews. However, the best way to describe it is that it's as if friends living there full-time let us borrow it for a month. On top of that the hosts were super attentive, and we couldn't be happier with how we were treated.

We really enjoyed our holiday in this lovely home away from home. We have stayed in many vacation rentals over the past 20 years, and this was the best equipped ever. The supplies provided were plentiful - everything from laundry and dish detergent to coffee and spices, plus treats to welcome us. We were able to use both the pool and hot tub, even though the weather was cooler than normal. The house is beautifully furnished and decorated. It is situated in a pretty and friendly neighbourhood, close to shops, and only a few minutes by car from downtown Palm Springs. The accommodations are exactly as shown in the photos. We highly recommend this property.

This was one of the nicest rentals we’ve ever stayed at. The owners thought of everything- the home was spotless, well stocked and the pool and hot tub were like staying at a resort. The neighborhood was nice and quiet like we wanted but great for morning walks. Shopping nearby and only 15-20 min from downtown Palm Springs. Thanks for letting us stay at your amazing property!

This is a lovely property with easy access to Palm Springs and the rest of the valley. Pool (heated to 85 degrees- bliss for someone from the cool north) and spa were great, property was clean, nicely furnished, well maintained and thoughtfully stocked with everything you might need for your vacation - cookware, spices, coffee, etc. Dave, the owner, was awesome from the moment we booked.

David was super helpful emailing us all the information for the home and things to do. He even sent us parking information to a weekly fair. This home is beautiful and extremely well kept and clean. The pool was super clean and the patio area had shade and sun. I would highly recommend this home for a getaway for friends or family.

The property was absolutely perfect. The inside was meticulously clean, nicely appointed and very comfortable. Everything we needed to cook with was available which was a nice bonus. The outside area was also wonderful. Plenty of seating and the pool/spa was a great relief from the heat. Communication with David for check-in/check-out was seamless and there was also very detailed information about the house and expectations from guests available. Overall we had a wonderful time.

Lovely Home
This is our 2nd year staying for our annual week long vacation. We absolutely love David’s home and took great care of it as our own. Everything you could possibly need is provided. The teens, my husband and I all thoroughly enjoyed the home and swimming pool everyday! Even the beds are super comfortable. The complimentary wine was much appreciated too, so I didn’t have to run to the store the first night. You will love this home. Thank you David for sharing your home with us again!!! LOVE IT!!!

Great 4th of July
Arrived to a beautiful, clean, and awesome property that took us by surprise. We expected a nice house but this was far more than that. The house was wonderful. So many little gadgets, all the pots and pans to cook and prep. Large island and large dining room for our dinners and lunches every day. The beds were very comfortable and the Ac and rams kept us cool all weekend. The pool was great and comfortable to be in at all times of the day. David was great with communication and we appreciated him turning the temperature of the spa down when requested. Thanks Dave for letting us be part of your home. 5 star stay!

My wife and friends were all happy with our stay. The place was extremely clean. The pool area was updated and comes with a heated pool and hot tub. The kitchen and living room area was so spacious and there was also subscription to Youtube TV! We came during Coachella and we are already considering coming back thanks to David's communication and space.

Amazing back yard views and pool!
The house was everything pictured and better! The views from the backyard were amazing! The pool and hot tub were wonderful for our March trip, my whole family loved having them. It was clean and spacious. The house was stocked with everything you could need. The basics and beyond dishwasher tabs, laundry detergent, foil, and plenty of towels. I reached out to David to see if we could get into the house early as my 4 year old was ready for a nap given the time change. He quickly responded and also quickly responded when we had a lock issue. I highly recommend this house!

A really relaxing week
We stayed here seven nights and could have stayed many more. The home is so comfortable with every thing you could need plus more. The highlight of the week is the pool, we enjoyed many hours just relaxing in the backyard. If we ever come back to the area, we wouldn’t hesitate to rent again. Thanks for letting us use your place.

The Best!
We have stayed at many VRBOs. This place is way up at the top of the list! Truly a home away from home and the perfect oasis for our family. We did not want to leave.
The house is clean, updated and nicely furnished. Beds are extremely comfortable. Kitchen is very well equipped and stocked with basic pantry items, spices, coffee, and tea. We had everything we needed and more (toiletries, sunscreen and lotion, games, puzzles, DVDs).
Wonderful pool and spa with perfect water temperature, and gorgeous mountain views! Lots of seating in both the sun and shade, and a nice grassy area for the dog. Great grill and utensils.
David thought of everything and was the perfect host!
