The location is good with a bus stop nearby and the port is close by too where you can take the boats/ ferries from.

The rooms are too small and old. We were promised a double bed while booking a night stay here. But got a room with two single beds which was uncomfortable. Not worth the price. It didn't feel like a 4 star.

This hotel has an updated, modern and sleek decor. The breakfast buffet was really good with lots of choices. We are a senior couple and we reserved the one apartment at this hotel and it was huge with a large terrace just outside the door. The beds were comfortable and the linens all white and hypoallergenic which is a must for me. We were able to access one channel in English which was helpful to hear our language in the evenings. Housecleaning was immacuate. Staff was kind and highly responsive to all of our needs.

Perhaps the water pressure in the shower could be a bit stronger. I have found that lighting for applying makeup is usually a challenge everywhere in Italy. Perhaps a magnifying mirror with built-in light would be helpful.

Wonderful location within easy walk to restaurants and ferry terminal. Super staff. Simple but quite lovely. Great breakfast.

The location was very good. Breakfast was excellent and the free parking was a big advantage

The room was unbelievably small. A box! The kettle did not work. The shower had no pressure.

Great location, a short walk to the waterfront and water taxis. Also very close to the bus stop from the train station.

Not very clean – our sink was plugged and they couldn't unplug it overnight until the next morning.

We booked a family room yet the facilities were set up as if only one person was using the room.

What a fab location. Just a couple of minutes from the lake wow. Super clean and staff were extra friendly. car park was such a bonus. Breakfast was nice and we had a really comfortable stay.
