The food was ok , breakfast buffet was great.

The assortment of breakfast was not really as good as it should be for a 5-star hotel. A simple cappuccino was not available. The shower hose and showerhead were leaking a lot - those things should be checked and fixed before guests check into a 5-star hotel.

Staff very polite, ready to help, lobby was ok for 5 star hotel, have had a evening meal - was very tasty, if you have the overnight stop via Sabiha Gokcen -it will be a very good choice, during the daytime you can visit nearest shopping center - but if you woude like explore an old town it very fare from the hotel

room need a renovation- not looks like a 5 star hotel , the breakfast- despite a very lot of variety was very untasty and and not good quality- the quantity don'ts mean a quality- we were very wonder of that because the evening meal in the hotel restaurant was tasty

It is a well built, high class hotel with all necessary amenities, especially for business travels.

The rooms are no longer that fresh and crisp as in a new hotel. Not sure how long ago it was opened but it might need some refreshments.

the location is good, in a very quite place, the rooms are cleaned everyday, the stuff is very cooperative.

personally, I didn’t like the lights of the rooms at all! They were faint. I booked a superior room (32 m) but the room was small. (The bathroom takes most of the space). I feel that the internal design of the room is old. Air conditioned is not the best. Once there was a party or I don’t know exactly what it is, the parking was full! I hardly park my car. Sadly, the result was someone crashed my car.
