La ubicación

Piscina muy sucia, incluso por las tardes venían patos del exterior y se ponían a nadar y los empleados no hacían nada por echarlos. La piscina tiene azulejos rotos y mis hijos se cortaron los pies. Se colaba gente del exterior y nadie les decía nada. La limpieza del apartamento es lamentable. El socorrista estaba solo pendiente de su móvil y apenas miraba la piscina.

Too many steps. We struggled up them- bad knees

Central. Beautiful setting.

A little old fashioned. Drawers in presses a bit sticky/ hard to open. Had to climb quite a number of steps. Not ideal, especially for oldies but good hand rails. Entertainment limited.

I am shocked at the bad reviews on here yes it has a lot of stairs but it warns ya of that .So don't book if ya can't do stairs My Mrs is a very fussy eater and that was our worry but she managed a meal every sitting and me and my pal found the food to be great it's not 5 start super chef's i but it's as good as many the places we have had dinner in lanzerotte saving us quite a tidy sum on dining out . Good choice of meat .potatoes veg rice pasta ect and a fish choice at every meal .and soup .. Good choice of deserts too . Many all inclusive places seem to have staff who thing it's there drinks there handing over and ignore the fact you have actually paid . Not here we had no prob getting what drinks in what quantity we wanted . Yes the furniture's a bit dated and worn but hey if thestate of the furniture is what makes your holiday I suggest you stay at home . All in all we had a great time at this place and will deffo be back ... .

the location is excellent very dated rooms but clean and good value for money

snack bar wasn’t available at the times stated it was random throughout the day and finished at 3 but stayed 4pm
