The location is great, the staff from restaurant and reception are really Friendly.

My son fell sick and throw up near the swimming pool, the life guards didn't give any assistance ( some of them didn't speak English, and that's is important if you need to communicate for help) we've asked for tissue to clean the child's face, but they say they don't have it and that we should get it from the restaurant. Also the manager saw what had happened and in any moment he did ask if the child needed help. If the hotel is a 4 stars , the staff should give more attention to the customers. Also the cleaning of our room wasn't done properly, in 7 days we were there, no one never cleaned under the bed, and as you can imagine, with children, we were always getting back the toys full of dust and hair as it went beneath the bed. We went to this hotel last year and the management was much better, even if this year they have the same Manager. The umbrellas from the pool were flying allover, as they bought a very different ones from last year, this umbrellas were making everyone upset and worried about some child would get hurt.

The hotel is best prepared to accommodate families with small children, if you are adults or the children are above the age of 12 probably you won't be happy here. The rooms need maintenance and there are no pool for adults, only children pools. in the evening there are no possibility to sit around the pool to just talk and enjoy the breeze. The only sitting possibility is either in the overcrowded lobby and the game room where there are daily loud shows and not enough ventilation or seats. Sound isolation in the room is also very poor, you'll be hearing everyone walking in the corridor and in the neighbour room. As far as the food goes, well we skipped a lots of meals and we had to buy our instant coffee...........

The pools were good for the children and right across from the beach.

The food offered wasn’t good, bad quality food and for gluten-free eaters it was near impossible. Dinner also doesn’t start till 7pm. My room wasn’t cleaned my entire stay despite having the sign on the door. I had to ask reception for more towels and to change my bin as a minimum a couple times. The line to get a drink at the bars was always really long because they didn’t have enough staff serving - unbranded drinks ie no Coke or Pepsi, it was Kola.

The hotel was amazing for a our 3 night stay, the room was exceptional not many places you get a triple double bed for one adult and two children.

There is only one improvement and that would be the que for the bar at night was about 30 mins just one member of staff, im sure it could be due to people being sick, hoe ever when all inclusive this can be annoying, everything else was perfect.

Great hotel with slides and facilities for the kids. Restaurant was busy and you had to queue for your food and it felt like by the time you got to the end your food you selected first was cold. We stayed half board for 10 days and although they had a few specials of the day the food felt quite repetitive.

Everything was great, great place and great people, great recognition to all the staff working there, were very nice and efficient. Angel and Marcello were fantastic, amazing service and attitude, real hospitality!

The lifeguards in the pools did not check on the pool, specially the one sitting in the first pook (the one withput toboggan) he was sitting so far away from the pool that could not see what was happening. Rules were not followed by some customers and nobody told them anything, like for example smoking ia not allowed in the pool and I have seem people doing it, and also water toys like colchonetas are not alliwed and they were plenty of them, some peiple even took them down the slides which slowed and bloched the use of them. Toilets by the pool rrally dorty, need to increase the ampunt of cleaning there.

Fantastic hotel with lots going on. Perfect for families and staff go the extra mile every time. The attention to detail was amazing...when sat around the pool, staff would come around with trays of fresh watermelon or jugs of sangria. They also had lollipops for the kids and handed out during the day modelling balloons for the kids to play with. Was fantastic to see the children trying to make creations around the pool! The pools were spotless and well looked after with very attentative lifeguards. Slides were fab. My children are 11 & 13 and loved it (as did their grandparents who came with us too). Food around pool was lovely...fresh burgers, hot dogs, chips, onion rings, salad, fruit, all drinks (including cold alcohol), slush puppies, lovely icecream etc. Hotel itself is lovely and modern with grey and white theme throughout. Amazing glass lift through centre of hotel overlooking pools and lovely large reception area, pool tables, air hockey etc (1 euro a game for these). We had a fantastic balcony overlooking all of the pool areas. Food was fab with lots of selection at each sitting. Regularly topped up and replenished. They did Mexican night in our first night where we were greeted by the staff in sombreros, had a shot of tequila and had fun photos with the staff. Fantastic and lots of fun. They work incredibly hard and make the place so fantastic, a huge thank you to all involved. The hotel is right amongst souvenir shops, bars, restaurants etc and a stones throw away from the beach and train staying to go into Barcelona.

More of an observation really, but there is only one bar open in the evening so queues a lot of the time but were able to get a few drinks at a time to save going back up and staff were very quick serving so we weren't hanging around too long. Personal preference, but would have been nice to have had a pizza slice around the pool bar to snack on in the day. Possibly do the evening entertainment around the top pool as inside was too warm to stay in to watch so we missed that most nights.

It’s pretty nice in the room - big comfortable beds, ventilation and air conditioning system makes good atmosphere 👍🏻 Children enjoyed 3 swimming pools, like in aqua park. Dinners in different thematics with music and animators were better than we waiting 🥳 🥳🥳 A lot of fruits 🍉 🍑🥑🍍🍌🍎 Testy cooking. Good location - 5 min to a beach 🏖 great promenade. Also good logistics. Big parking, bus station, railway station - all you need within walking distance.
